Very, very, very, very good... A smell of Laurence, of course (how could we forget him?). But a lot of imagination, brilliant making, playing. BRAVO!!!!!
Nothing like Hollywood to stuff up a true Classic simply to make a few $s in the USA. Go watch the original Movie. Many scenes in here taken from that Movie!
+Briseur De Lance - he fell backwards and brought the horse down with him. The force of the bullet, plus remember its a movie and stunts make it better action. In the true story of this battle, the part Dex is playing, he did died in that battle (gun shot wound, falling maybe breaking his neck - dont know exactly) and his horse did ride to the firing line on its own. Hence the scene and parts of the scenes are from the original Australian movie made called The Lighthorsemen.
An interior version of the Classic Movie "The Light Horsemen". Designed to appeal to an ignorant USA audience. The best Scenes taken from the original Movie made in Australia. "The Light Horsemen."
+yanndick - stunt double and he wasn't exactly hit by the horse. I know the horses were trained for 3 months prior to the movie to fall exactly like that. These horses were trained originally for the Australian movie: The Lighthorsemen. Hence why some of the scenes are from the that movie and same director.
Possibly was. I never knew a far less authentic version was made for USA audiences using core footage from the original version of the Movie made in Australia. What a pathetic Actor the Yank guy was they portrayed as the fictional Hero/Star in this USA version. Very disappointing compared to the original.
That stunt at 5:44 doesn't look that dangerous, at least not if they used professional stuntmen and stunthorse. The stuntman, probably owner of the horse so they are finely tuned together, simply pushes the horse which then rolls over to its side as it is trained to do. The stuntman doesn't physically push over the horse but the horse takes the push as its cue to roll over to the left.
If the fake knife was blunt all along, then how did they stick it into the wall and desk?! Also, if an enemy cavalry charge is able to get under your artillery, then just mow them down with small arms fire, simple!
11:30.....and you haven't even had the courtesy, of referring to the movie "Lion of the Desert"! You only mention RKO's "Light horsemen"! You used these guy's movie, and didn't even had the decency, to mentioned them! Shame on you!

Evet, film Hollywood.

I'd say
@@skippy5712 This episode is directed by the same guy as the film you speak of, Simon Wincer

Indy VS James Bond. Awesome!!
what year was the the Indiana Jones Escapades story made and put out on film?
I saw Indiana Jones fight James Bond. Now I’ve seen everything.
The James Bond of the 1st world war
The real James Bond of WWI is someone you have never heard. His name was Sydney Reilly.
The first James Bond fighting the last.
Thoroughly enjoyable!
When Indiana Jones shot Maya in the right arm there was blood strained right sleeve yet when she mounts her horse , the sleeve is blood free.
a lot of the footage for this was from the movie the lighthorse men. even had Tony Bonner reprising his role as colonel Boucher.
Dale More
That is because this episode is DIRECTED by the same guy, Simon Wincer, who directed The Lighthorsemen.
Thank you for uploading!
Was this filmed in Australia.??. The director was the same as The Lighthorsemen and a lot of footage is from that film.

Did the double agent, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, get away, or was she captured?
03:09 : Oh come on ... A simple scratch to the left arm makes you fall of horse ? ...

I agree! The above inferior series unfortunately is what USA audiences tend to demand. No class!
overpowered Australians
Nope, realistic. XD
There Was Already Blood On Her Shoulder Before She Even Got Shot lol #MovieMistake 5:05
Ha ha alot of parts from the movie light horse , my great grandfather was in the charge at Beersheba he was in the 14th light horse

A very poor imitation of the original The Lighthorsemen. Indiana Jones would have way out of his depth.
