We’ll be as safe as safe. I’ve always wanted to see England. Most folks in the USA like to say they have ancestry in Scotland or Ireland. Me? Czechoslovakia in England…it gets a “look” from others. One of these days, I’m gonna get my bicycle and a 10 inch cast iron Dutch oven and see you all over there.
I also like to cut potatoes & yams and onions, into rounds, the i cook them with a little olive oil, and garlic. Then put some water in and put the lid on to steam it.. I serve it up with salsa.. salt and pepper.. :)
I don’t think I would suggest that. The sweet, apple flavor may not go well with the white potatoes. However, if you were to substitute sweet potatoes or yams for the white potatoes…maybe…yes…your idea would likely be very okie-dokie indeed. With the white potatoes, I would substitute the beer for either a broth or maybe a cream. I think either would be nice as a substitute for the beer. By the way, we’re you able to find the “bigger” video on this recipe? And we’re you able to find where to print the recipe?
Terrific video… wish I was still a younger man. Great trail ride on rail ROW. Recall jeep camping/traveling the Salmon River. 👍👍🙏🤠
you guys over the pond have such open space to go "off-grid" England is so tiny in comparison. good luck and stay safe

Could apple juice or cider be substituted for the beer?

@@beerandiron I didn't try either. If you're asking to see if your website's working, I can check it out for you.
@@Stevelemontrudy - I appreciate that but it should be up and running smoothly…we’ll as smoothly as I know smooth can be. Thanks so much!!
