Then go to your mail app or Gmail if that is what you do, draft your letter to the email address, attach the completed form and the CV, and set it to send on January 8 at whatever time you want. Of course, set a reminder to check if the email has gone out at the said time.

Please don’t wait till January 8 to register as it’s been open since 20024 just go ahead fill the form and email it with your cv to get the link
