Please support the locals. I recently completed my two-storey house in Kohima through a local thekadar, and what satisfies me the most is that my hard-earned money went to a fellow Naga brother instead of a non-local thekadar.
80% construction workers in Mon are locals.. a Bihari family who came to Mon even before my birth and stayed in our rent have finally left and returned to their state. During their stay many konyak youths worked under them and learnt different works. Presently, many locals are working as Head mistry.. and Chaokali as well. Now we need more locals in Electronics, motor mechanics etc as well..
Barber in Kohima and Dimapur should be replace by locals. Its actually very good job for earning. 15-20 minutes per person Rs 60. Per day if you trims 30 person hair than Rs 1800. Choo 1800 x 20 days out of 30 days in a month is Rs 36000. LDA through NSSB is just 28000 per month😂. Also Naga girls should replace Tailoring jobs in Dimapur and Kohima. Just little stitching or may be say shortening of paint takes Rs 50. It just the works of 5 minutes. So get your own automatic machine and start earning and be independent. Nagas young and old eats lots of meat, many rich Naga people too eats meat every day. So run a Pig, Chicken, Cow, egg farm and suck money from the rich. This are not thousands business but lakhs business. So learnt the skills from some training centre and start earning. But one weakness of Nagas is that they will dreamt of getting rich by one week and so they Charge higher rate then their competitors and later collapse. No negotiable mentality, lobo koiley lope nalopo koiley nalope. Such people will remain poor forever struggling.
Don't lies.....in Peren district 90% are Miya(non local) starting from Thikadar to Jawali, Shop owners etc. Markets in peren district are under the control of MIYA.
