@@MindaugasJocionis well I've had it 2 over 24 hours not going to lie I tried to flash it before but was under the impression that because I updated the firmware out of the box that trying to flash it could result in locking the scooter so I stopped myself I am quite happy with the 15mph but an extra 5mph would be nice I'll probably try again in the future if you make a video explaining the solution to what to do after uploading the firmware and how to get around that 😀

In urban terrain 22 km in S mode, weight 60kg. My kids' scooters still on 2 sticks of battery after 22 km, so it's depending on weight.

Oh i live in Lithuania, sometimes we have winters with -30 celsius. Even at autumn it's just too cold for me to ride :)))) and it's very windy here.

For short period I locking with the app, for a longer time use a bike lock wire through the rear wheel.

Yes, the brick is very hot while charging. As for noises, i cannot hear any, unless near to ear.
Maybe its "coil whine", i had in the past power bricks that did that. Check on internet how "coil whine" sounds and compare. If it's the same sound, then it's harmless.

Oh, google translate can't handle your language, but it looks like you activated the lock (if it doesn't move at all), it will unlock automatically after a few hours.
Or you didn't activate it in the app - if you can ride up to 10km/h and it's beeping.
Btw. to start the ride, you need to do a kick start to reach 3km/h, only then the motor will engage.

I wil buy perhaps the Xiamo Mi S1 i think but what is the better choice becase the Mi S3 is a liitle beat more expensive here in Israel and got a better breaks but perhaps dont spend much and I dont need to used alot of distance about 9-10 km for a day , any way if you add some Monorim front suspension is good to buy then you wil feel less the bump on the roads and sideways or maybe spend money with standing surface for more leg space when you ride ?
any way wil concider the option also is the distance the same for the Xiaomi S1 and the new S3 ? about little more then 25 km right ?

The Mi3 has better brakes and a slightly more powerful electric motor. It is felt when you go up the hill. The distance in S mode is about 23 km on both, as they have the same capacity battery. Xiaomi has a lot of modding options, I don't use them as I like its compact design.

My 1s scooter works perfectly well, I'm so in love with it. The battery life is good. Can i ride it in the rain? Light rain?
@@peaceimoisili728 I'm suggesting not to ride in light rain. There are aluminum and stainless steel parts in the scooter frame, and those parts will start to rust. But if you busted by light rain, don't panic just find some shelter for a while :)

Yes, it is exactly as you describe, you can control speed by throttle lever. It works like Xbox controller triggers in racing games.

They were inflated (26-35 PSI), but not to the recommended pressure.

2. Can it handle a drive of 14 min?
1. Officially, in D mode, you can drive 30 km on an ideal surface with optimal weight. In real life, in S mode, 22-23 km.
2. You can ride on it as long as the battery last... There is no time limitation.

The app is needed for 1st activation, after that, you will not need to use the app. And yes, it's better is to inflate tires to written PSI, as they may look inflated (hard to press), but there is no needed pressure inside. In that case, your speed and mileage will drop.

How can I make the battery strong

It depends on the firmware and the country. Recently removed this option (cruise control) from all scooters. In order to have it, you need to downgrade the firmware or use alternative hacked firmware. The downgrade is possible if you don't have the latest locked firmware with BLE157 (otherwise it's a bit complicated). Subscribe thanks.

You need to start like with a kick scooter until you reach 3km\h, then push the throttle and the electric motor will kick in. (Check, I pushed the wheel with my foot to start a motor 8:03 )

Check "m365 tools" app on android, there is an option to enable cruise control.

@@ivanblu8691 I live in Lithuania, Europe (EU). Scooter is EU region. And I still have cruise control on all my scooters. Probably it's related to country laws and not a region - like China or the EU.
Anyway, I don't think it's a very useful feature, personally, I never use it :)

Which one you suggest mi electric scooter 3 or electric scooter 1s?
It's a very interesting model, it has a better braking pad mechanism, the display is a bit different too (one peace), has a more powerful motor than 1s, and travel distance is the same as 1s (as the motor is more powerful, to maintain same distance battery must be bigger too, it's my guess). It's like a model in between 1S and pro2. If the price is similar go for mi electric scooter 3.

Definitely Xiaomi 1S, Denver has a weaker motor, small battery. And personally, I Don't like this folding construction (like a nonelectric scooter)
His advantage is his lightweight, and front suspension (but there is lifehack for that - you have to stand on tiptoe on hard bumps on Xiaomi :) )
And most important spare parts availability for Xiaomi is huge.

I can ride about 22km in S mode, it depends on driver weight (my weight is 60kg.) and terrain.
It's practical, all the summer drove to the work and everywhere else where I needed. It's a time-saving machine :))))

No, I didn't try it in the snow (and I don't recommend it to anyone :) ). Tho sometimes ride in light rain. It has IPX4 rating: splash resistant.

At first check your PSU connections to the scooter, maybe it's not connecting firmly due to dirt? Then if you have a multimeter check your PSU output voltage, it should be 41V. If those are OK, probably it's due to the battery charge controller or battery cell failure. Try to check, how the charge is going on your battery cells with "m365 Tools"
Or maybe some loose wire. You need to disassemble and check.

If you are getting "device paired with another user" error, and you bought it new, looks like they (store) are enabling max speed and disabling beeping so that customers didn't bother them. Call to store and ask them to remote your scooter from their "mi home" app account. After that, you will be able to connect to it with the app.
