The fact that this occurred in Kejriwal's Official Residence, *and* in the presence of Kejriwal who is the *leader* of the party, *implies* his tacit consent of the assault. *Did* he try to stop it? Did *anyone* try to stop it? They are a whole bunch of hooligans..........
The Supreme Court has done a great injustice to the country by granting bail to Kejriwal, despite so many objections from the Prosecution, *and* public. He should be immediately recalled to jail for having broken the restrictions of the bail. Do not wait till 1st June.
Unless Swati prefers a complaint with police, this issue will remain an election issue and nothing else. This might be a ploy by AAP as well to garner public attention to send a msg that Kejriwal will not tolerate any offence against women

Maybe money could have been transferred to Swatis sister's account in USA. This could be the deal for not filing the FIR and also resigning from the Rajya Sabha. The deal may have taken 31 hours to finalize. Navika Kumar should probe this angle also. Swati Maliwal will now go back to USA, without filing FIR and later she will resign from the Rajya Sabha. Kejriwal will go back to campaigning as if nothing has happened. In such cases only Money will solve the problem.
