Give N' Grow Basketball (GNG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that executes innovative basketball programs to elevate the physical and mental health of K-5th graders.
We offer free ongoing programming for K-5th graders every week on our private Facebook group through what we call our #GNGChallenges. #GNGChallenges are 4 weekly challenges that teach fundamental basketball and M.E. Skills (mental/emotional) to help kids love the game and improve their performance as players and people.

Love this! I run youth BB developmental leagues grades 1st-6th. One the greatest challenges we face, is a large percentage of low experience players, and limited practice time. Being time efficient during practices is crucial. Would love to see more drills like this that drill multiple skills and can transition to a base offense for creativity during games.

The video was instructional. I've been trying to research for a video similar to yours that educates the ideas in this UA-cam video. 🥼 The explanation at 1:20 is my favorite. Your video actually reminds me of the vids from Dr Ethan! Doctor Ethan's demonstrations are totally informative and I really learned a lot for school! He is the most knowledgable health enthusiast on UA-cam and he talks about vaccines! You should watch his UA-cam out and give the med student a subscribe! ➡️ #DoctorEthanOnUA-cam
This "triple threat" looks more like a shot fake. In my humble opinion when done correctly, the ball should be positioned tight to the right or left side of the hip. Not in front of you for an easy steals or ball deflections.

Wonderful content. Thanks for these great 3 threat exercises! I'd assume you'd wanna do the whole exercise for the right foot pivot as well. Just suggestion, music too loud and you guys could save quite a few minutes by doing a few less reps and the walking to the camera. But, very appreciative for you vid. Thank you.
