I recently been experiencing sleep paralysis, honestly making me question everything, I cant even tell if im dreaming or If im having an episode of sleep paralysis or dreaming now i dont even know if im dreaming bc, I can most of the time think in dreams and its clear thinking and im thinking rn so like im having an crisis tbh
I feel you! What if its a sleep paralysis in the dream? As in the paralysis isn't happening to you in the moment but happening to the you in your dream? god thats confusing
@DebThinks Exactly what I was thinking! It's so confusing. I can't even tell the different, last night, I had it happen 2 times, and the first time that night, it happened of a span of 50 mins after falling asleep.

Yes a lot when I started practicing lucid dreaming. I had very vivid dreams like I could see every details. I could feel the wind and all my surroundings.

Once I had a dream that I was running up a mountain bc I was late to school and when I woke up I actually thought I had missed class for a second 💀
