Hi Dina, I am filling out form FL-141 and section 4, default proceeding, applies to my divorce. Do I complete a second FL-141 “Final” and complete section 1, 3, and 4? I was little confused on “one set.” Thank you!

Hi David. If you are doing a true default, as you mentioned, you should only need one FL-141. You will do 1, 2 and 4. You do not need to do a final declaration with a default.

If you are filing the final declaration fl141 form, do you need to have both box 2 and 3 filled out or do you only fill out box 3?

Only box 3...assuming that you did one of these forms for the preliminary filling out box two and have filed it with the court 😊
