Thank you very much for your time and effort in providing these videos. They helped me get through my divorce and its forms better than I would have alone.
thank you very much! i'am currently doing my internship as a paralegal i cant say how much your videos have come in handy and very helpful to me these few days as i learn! thank you
wow, just finished reviewing few of your videos. They are so wonderful and really helpful....thank you so much for helping the community.....Blessings!!
Nice Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Taparton Returning Love Takeover (just google it)? It is a great exclusive guide for learning how to stop divorce minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got amazing results with it.
First of all thank you VERY much for your briefings!!! They have helped me SO much!! I think you are very professional and explain all the forms SO well. This is just a heads up, but I was looking at the FL 141 you're using in this video and the form you have on your website. I am not sure how much a difference it would make when filing for a divorce through the courts, but there is an FL 141 dated July 1, 2013. AGAIN... I can't thank you enough for your briefings!!
Hey Cristin, thank you - I see item number 4 says parties can waive the declaration - what does this mean? do I not have to serve the forms to the respondent? and only submit 150 and 141 to court??? and what if I can no longer find the respondent to serve the other forms - i already had the respondent served with the first set of papers.
Yeah I see u have other videos as well . I have been using the 9 step divorce thing that they offer at the courthouse. Now I have to find your other videos.
I received one document and filed the FL - 141. I received it again with a packet disclosure forms with financial statement simplified. does that mean I have to check the petitioner box and Final? if I am receiving this document twice? please help
Hello! thank you for this channel. I received a letter rejecting my final dissolution, I was told by self help court who has been helping me to correct a small error on my FL 160 and refile a FL 141. I can not get a hell of self help now, is this my prelim 141 or final that I refile? Do I correct 160 first and then go back and mail 141 after? So confused. I do not want to make any more mistakes.
+Sophia Murillo I'm not sure what the error is on your FL-160 since you weren't specific with your question. As for your FL-141, it sounds like you need to file an AMENDED preliminary FL-141 (though you weren't specific as to whether there was an issue with your preliminary or final FL-141). Your FL-141 is the declaration saying you've served your financial disclosures, which can include FL-160. Therefore, you would correct FL-160 first, serve it, and then file your amended FL-160 and FL-141 to correct your preliminary disclosure. Good luck!
+Billy Lzer I'm sorry, but those forms are very specific to each particular divorce, and so a general video isn't very helpful. You can try working with your local self-help center for assistance with those forms.
Kellie Cameron In the caption, check the box "Petitioner's" or "Respondent's" depending on which party you are (just like your preliminary FL-141). The difference is that instead of "Preliminary," you'll check "Final." For #1, check the box Petitioner or Respondent, depending on which party you are. SKIP #2. For #3, check the box Petitioner's or Respondent's, depending on which party you are. Check the applicable box for whether you served the other party or the other party's attorney, and check the applicable box for the method of service (mail, personal, other), and finally, fill in the date you served. Finally, don't forget to date, print your name, sign, and file the document with the Court. In general, you'll notice that other than changing dates and preliminary to final, it's the same concept as when you completed the preliminary FL-141. Good luck!
Cristin Lowe Thank you. do i have to file a prelim and final or can i do both at once? Also my husband and I have filled out and signed a marital agreement in which he has agreed to pay my x dollars per month. do i have to file form 150?
Kellie Cameron I would actually suggest that you both sign FL-144 together, which waives the requirement to file a final disclosure; however, you must always do a preliminary, which means that you must file FL-150.
+Cristin Lowe - does my husband need to file a fl50 too? Do we need to file both 141 and 144? Can all of these forms go at once to the courts and then the final 140,141,144,150?

How do you do the final FL-141? Thanks
