I like clivia's idea below about gluing the beans on with the next soap's batter. Another idea is to just shove them in since your bars are soft. When I make citrus soap and put a dried orange half on top, I wait to insert it until after I cut the bars. I just dig a little trench in the freshly-cut bar with a tool and put the orange slice in. This way, the placement is always exact.
Since you are making another soap, you can left some plan butter, just a bit and use it to “glue “ back in the beans that felt off. I love Brambleberry Espresso didn’t even know caused acceleration. I am a room temperature soaper and didn’t had any issues when used. Simple, elegant soap!☕️
I have used just espresso from BB and done a layered soap. Definitely caused acceleration but it was great for a layered soap! I made the beans with MP too 🤗 I have a few bars left from two years ago and they are still super strong! You definitely should try the ground coffee brewed. It’s not as abrasive if you use brewed coffee grounds.
Yup-always have used used coffee grounds as well! The new ones also bleed which is not appealing 🙃. Thank you for your comment!!! Do you use this scent all by itself and does it also turn yellow for you??
Hello im robby im a poly gay male with two husbands going on 15 years and 9 years, your videos keep my pride strong your light is pure and burns so bright and clean. Thankz for all your encouragement and what you do for our community. From one soaper to another ❤ . Ps I was sad to see no soap on your site!😢 😢😢
Very nice, but as a seasoned soap maker, add your coffee grounds at the end so you don't pulverize them into a powder with your stick blender. Adds a nice exfoliant and texture to your bar.
Hi there! Thanks for your suggestion! I did start out this way trying this, however, I do find that a slightly finer grind is ideal to my taste and I’ve not encountered them pulverizing into a powder. They certainly do add a nice exfoliating texture! I appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment and I wish you all the best on your journey 💛
I have a request. 😊 I’d like to see the final color of your soap After it dries. Is it possible for you to add an update onto this video after 4 weeks so we can see the final color? I’m making coffee soap tomorrow am I’m so so excited to catch this video! Thanks for sharing your coffee soap experience!
Hi there! Coffee fragrances typically discolor to brown which is what has happened with this combo as well. UA-cam does not allow creators to add to videos already published on their platform. Sorry about that!!! Love and light always 💛🌱
You are the 1st person I see who has the exact stick blender I've been eyeing for 2 weeks. I would love to get input on what you think of it and how long have you had it.
@@earthglow with coconut milk you can freeze it or add it to the oils ( if you put it in the oil take the amount of coconut milk you use from the water) freezing it will be a good idea if you use all coconut milk and no water,
Allen, do you follow soap maker Ariane Arsenault from Canada? She is a good soap maker. I think you will like her content. I watched her Coffee on the Beach soap video and thought about you. I don’t know anything about making CP soap, I just like watching you guys because it’s relaxing and fun to watch the entire process.
Yup.. still coveting that dang SS pot! 🤣 To reduce the lint situation when you masterbatch lye I listened to @idreaminsoap n try using a container that you’d fill pretty much up so there’s no much oxygen and therefore less lint… I haven’t done it any other way so maybe it’s all theoretical 😊 Seeing you struggle w the banging of the mold it reminded me I’ve been meaning to add “handles” to my mold ends… like legit drawer pulls… I’ll let u know if I’m brave enough to try or what I end up doing since I felt your struggle for real
You’re killing these soaps, friend!! Well crafted
Aww thank you!!!!

Thanks for the tip! I will definitely consider this suggestion. It seems very effective!
These are beautiful! So classy. Thank you for sharing 😊

I love the video 😍😍. Would it be easier to add the lye solution to warm to a hot water bath while they are in containers?
That’s an excellent idea!

Hahaha!!! I’ve had it since 2020 and it has been going strong since. It’s heavier than some but overall I’ve had no complaints.
@@earthglow 💕💕
good job, when i make coffee soap i love to use coconut milk for my vegan soaps and goats' milk for my non vegan soaps
Thank you Daniel!!! Just got some coconut milk 💛

I second this! Also I use powdered coconut milk! Much easier to incorporate.

Yes I do!! Love her videos.
🙂 Nice
Did the soap get any darker? Just curious 😉
Yup! It looks like banana bread 🙃
Omg , are these going to be available? I need em!! Eep
Hi Liz!!! Yup! In a few weeks they’ll be ready. 💛
There is no expiration on prepared lye solution if kept covered.
I want to learn soap making but the lye part is scary.
I’d recommend starting with melt and pour for a year or two and that’ll give you a great start and you’ll still be able to make so wonderful soaps!
Hey there!!! We need to connect!

Ha ha ha!! Handles would be perfect. I’m sure you’ll do a wonderful job on your molds!!! I’ll definitely keep your tip in mind regarding the oxygen!!
