I always pictured the concept of Omni-Man in sf2 as a wandering charger since in the show he flies very fast, not only that but he's chase animation makes it look like he should be going a lot more faster. But that's just me. But it's fine if he is a chaser, at least he's making it up with those strong attacks 👍
