Thank you, thank you. I've been trying to figure out what to do with some very plain baked earrings and now I have a solution. Your teaching method is fantastic as you are so patient and thorough. Great video
Very beautiful. I’m so I didn’t throw out the napkins I bought years ago when I tried different techniques to apply so now I’m going to give it another go and I’ll let you know how it works
amazing! i love your tutorials! you go at a perfect pace and speak also at perfect pace in such a calm and soothing voice. thank you p.s. these napkins are the best i want to find similar.. where did you find this pattern?
These are beautiful, thank you. I wonder if this liquid clay technique would work the same way with the christmas paper, like you did some months ago? Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Thank you ❤️ no in this method we kinda stick the napkin to clay permanently. But I have another video in which I remove the napkin particles after baling.
I enjoyed watching the tutorial, your videos are gorgeous and relaxing, may I ask when you make 2 sides you bake it once? right! and another question can I make it on air dry clay? Thanks
@@hebasaid4533 thank you 🙏 I wouldn’t make both sides at once since the liquid clay that I use as the top coat might stick on the layer that is faced down and turns out smudged or not smooth. This method is not possible with air dry clay.🙂
Try leaving your liquid clay upside down in a glass or similar container. That way the liquid will be readily available at the nozzle when doing work like this.
Love this tutorial! I do have a question - if I'm making earrings for my own personal use or to give as gifts I'm assuming it's okay, but if I am going to make earrings to sell for commercial use do I need to worry about copyright issues from using napkins that have designs created by someone else?
Good question! But I am not 100% sure. In my mind, you have to buy their design in order to make your thing so it’s like using it as a “material” to make your art and paying them what they ask for, aka the “price of the napkin”.
@@Kejfnsnsmsksk Before you get too flippant, I was assuming this lady from Coffee Cupids actually creates and sells jewelry from these paper napkins so who else better to ask than someone in the business.
So this technique is more découpage than image transfer? Still super cute. I work with Sculpey clay and I just happen to have some translucent liquid clay so I’ll try both this and your image transfer technique and let you know how it goes! So excited to get into my craft room!!
exactly my thoughts on the decoupage technique, since nothing was transferred, instead - glued upon. Mod podge is sold in larger volumes and might even be cheaper than liquid glue )) What I was wondering, though, if one may just wash off the napkin under running water like the traditional polymer clay transfer paper technique and then baked :D
You are being pedantic. She is doing a trandfer technique, transfering a paper medium onto clay with a glue substance. You are stuck on a certain type of transfer and are trying to limit everyone else to that.
I did a transfer technique last year. But just wanted to update everyone about this new one (because it’s a better way in my opinion) so I chose the same title. If you want a real transfer here is the video: ua-cam.com/video/Y6unFBl1X-E/v-deo.htmlsi=RCNTZPTrFEAJlPAo
Beautiful! I love how you have a square color of the exact size of the napkin! How perfect
I wish I had seen your channel before investing in resin. So easy to learn from you.
Thank you for showing me this possibility. I will try it, if not today, in these days.
For sealing, I use Kato. For securing I use Sculpy. That just happened to be the one I got. Kato is soooo clear and sooo shiny after buffing
Wow! I’ve never seen this before and I’ve watched hundreds of these videos. The colors are so much better in this process. Thx!!
Stunning. Thank you, I cannot wait to try and make them.
I love these! I can’t wait to try this 💜
Best method I’ve seen.
Thank you 🥹❤️🙏🙏🙏
Wonderful idea! Thank you, I have not been successful with transferring so I will definitely try this idea. These are beautiful!
Thanks for sharing :) Love the pattern on napkin.
❤❤❤❤❤❤love this i tried last yrs but this is easier thank you
Truly beautiful earrings. I love your videos. Thankyou x

Hope you enjoy!
I wonder if you could use this same technique with a photograph?
Good question! That would expand possibilities a lot!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your support!❤️🙏
Love these❤ thank you
Very pretty, thank you
Thank you too!
Please , can you remember where you purchased your napkins? I love the tile look. Beautiful, and love "transferring" napkins !!! ❤
I bought them in dollar stores in Berlin
Fabulous work great to know this method well done and thank you for sharing xxx
It means a lot to me 🥹🙏 glad you enjoyed it ❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤
Very simple! Great tutorial.

It might work, but wrapping paper is way thicker than napkin so I don’t think the outcome would be as good.
Can we get link of the the printed napkins ?
Fabulous! xxx
Glad you liked it 🥹❤️
Did the napkin transfer the design on clay? Very pretty!

Plzzz show your baking technique . In next video ❤
I just put them like that in the oven and then take them out 😅

Where did you get the napkins? Beautiful
From a local dollar store in Berlin calls “Euroshop”
So beautiful! Love this technique! What grit sandpaper would you recommend? Thanks!
1000 grit is all you need!

Thank you so much, I was just looking at napkins today, but was not sure how to do it. You have inspired me!!! >^*^
I'm so glad!
Where do you find your napkins?
From euroshops and discount stores

Please look it up from a reputable source. Don’t get legal advice from youtube comments

Most napkins have the details on of who the designer is and how to communicate with them- hope this helps!
Do you know if you can you Modge Podge instead of liquid clay?
I unfortunately don’t know
If the mod podge can go into the oven maybe?
No, Modge Podge cannot be used on clay. It reacts to it, and the reaction makes it sticky over time.

Hello
What is the design?
What do you mean?
You are being pedantic. She is doing a trandfer technique, transfering a paper medium onto clay with a glue substance. You are stuck on a certain type of transfer and are trying to limit everyone else to that.
Very pretty, but this is not a “transfer” technique: the napkin paper is glued on the polymer clay

This is really a lovely way to make jewellery. Thank YOU
Well, it is transferring a piece of thin paper onto the clay. I think this is as beautiful and much faster, at least for me. >^*^
Name or link of paper please.
