I notice that when you go to social events with ur friends there is often pizza. Do you often join in and have the pizza with them? When I'm at social events I have a hard time deciding whether I "should" have it or not so I was wondering what ur approach is with events like these
honestly, usually I dont eat it. im sensitive to dairy and pizza is one of the foods that really bothers my stomach. if I REALLY want it, then ill have it, but usually I "save" indulging on sweets rather than savory foods. its all individual and what's worth it to you. balance is key. everything in moderation. but you also have to have discipline and know when certain foods add to the moment but also when they aren't going to help you toward your goals.
