You have to take a look at the table from the minute 20:14. That dimension is an extrapolation of the existing dimensions by considering the Archimedes spiral.
At the minute 7:12, there is a table with explanations about the pitch, and in the drawing is written explicitly „Spiral profile (Pitch 28)”. This was all the data in the source drawing and I deduced the conception of this Archimede spiral. I am proud to share this deduction with you all, my friends.
