I love this song. Hyunjung is the standout for me; I think this is her best guitar solo, and damn it, she makes me want to get a whammy pedal again. Also, while looking through her Instagram, I found out that she's a pretty good bass player, too!

I think this is my favourite one from them. It shows their progression as players and writers (if they wrote it) edit: it was written by Park Ja Young, the singer. The drummer catches my attention every time.
Commercial song and so good. I think the reason is that the girls are always progressing. Not gonna lie when I discovered them several years ago their production and sound seemed a little raw for me. But every song they release becomes better than the previous one.

I went to the Rolling Quartz concert a few days ago. I heard RE.BOLD live at that concert. As always, their music was much better live than the official releases. If you ever get the chance, I hope you see Rolling Quartz at a concert hall. Their two-day concert was truly indescribably wonderful.

The moment they were selected for the prestigious New Year's show Kohaku Uta Gassen late in 2021 they announced they would disband which they finally did in 2023 which is the most punk thing to do. The name stands for Brand-new idol SHit. I gauge that you would not be particularly keen on most of their large discography (7 albums, 34 singles). But I do think you'd enjoy the symphonic metal of NON TiE-UP, the rock power ballad Orchestra, maybe the straight ahead rock of PAiNT it BLACK and their saying goodbye to all the industry shit while being covered in mud with Bye-Bye Show. Give them a try, perhaps, on stream.
