Класс! Чтоб кондуктор не был такой массивный, можно заранее сточить головки болтов до 1/3. А болты, которые держат боковые упоры, надо перед закручиванием намазать клеем, чтоб не разболтались, при использовании.

А ещё совет, в местах прилегания приспособы, напротив болтов сделать П-образные вырезы для отвода стружки, для облегчения сверления.

Actually a dowelling jig- and very useful too.
The problem with your design is that it does not reference from the same (outside) edge (that would require rotating the jig, and the hand marked holes would not be accurate enough) so it will only work with one thickness of wood.
To solve this problem, remove the bolt heads and turn over the jig between drilling the two parts (so that you are drilling in the opposite direction). This will allow referencing from the outside edge of both parts, so it will work with a range of thicknesses.
Interesting to watch someone do metalwork with woodworking tools- investing in a few files and perhaps a tap and die set would make life a bit easier...
Would adding another set of stops on the other side not solve the referencing problem? What is your opinion on that?
As for different thicknes of materials, one could always make several of these jigs they are cheap enough. Also different lenghts for differenet cabinet depths.
@@bluewanderer9903 Always best to reference from the same edge. Material is rarely consistent in thickness. Navigate to my channel for my version that does this- and explains why it is important. One jig for all joints.

Potentially a spring compressed between say a wing nut and bolt hardware could throw the wing nut into 'intermediate axis theorem' rotation with slightest left loose tork.

Как удалось так точно по центру просверлить болт?
Все просто - на сверлильном столе фиксируеш упор, чтобы заготовку ложил каждый раз в одно и то же место, сверлиш отверстие, нарезаеш резьбу, вкручиваешь туда болт и вперед. Главное хорошо зафиксировать и не сдвигать упор, и следи, чтобы под заготовку не попадала стружка
