@@heneagedundas thanks. First time I think I am doing this for fiddlers green models. Feel like doing it for more models. Hope all is well with you. Cheers.
@@nathanthigpen7276 thank you for your kind words. So much more to come. Look out for the Lancaster and a few Italian jobs. Thanks for the tip with pin drill. Cheers.
It's always a pleasure to see your work Neil. The rigging was very complicated because there were no control surfaces, the whole wing was deformed as the designers had copied the wings of birds. Historically the "Taube" was used at the very beginning of WW1 in 1914 to bomb Paris with light bombs. As it was very inefficient the parisians were making fun of it. Thanks for the video ! An incredible looking model from such a simple kit! Looking forward to that Fiddler's Green Avro model. I am very interested how that larger kit with all the structural frame would turn out. Also, have you thought of trying your hand in submarines or ships? Could be fun as well. Thank you for the great and inspiring video.
Wow. Super nice of you sir. Really encouraging. You let the cat out of the bag! Have you been spying sir! That's the next project. The Lancaster. Cheers. One love.

Nice work on the rigging! Great looking model. I have built several of the Whitehead Flyer (under Pioneer of Aviation section at Fiddlers Green) but haven't been brave enough to do rigging on it yet. You provided some inspiration to build another!

Great build, beautiful work. I find that using a pin drill is easier to make the holes for the rigging.
