my opinion is that I would play in campus 4 if it does get finished so this is a win for me (if they don’t give up on it like campus 3 ofc) I also think campus 3 has potential if it also gets finished but this is just my personal opinion!
I have a theory. Tirtir sent the first 9 shades to a lot of black/brown content creators and those shades were obviously waaaay too light for them. It takes MONTHS to manufacture shades and packaging, do photoshoots for the new swatches, and update the website and retailers on the new changes. I feel like tirtir always had these shades but released darker ones slowly to gain more attention and make it seem like they did something "new". It's still good that they have these shades but something tells me this was their plan all along.
Yeah same tbh. This just seems like an almost obvious marketing stunt to say “oooh look how inclusive we are to diversify the brand in only 2 months!” lol I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds that suspicious every time I see her ads for them.
I'm not sure how new this brand is, but I hope people are allowing companies some time to expand especially since Asian brands are becoming more global. It's great to see the inclusivity and companies listening!
I love how this new makeup brand listen to their darker POC's comments. Now I can't wait until they make more shades in between their two darkest shades. Because their a lot of us black woman who love cushion foundations
They went from 8 to 30 shades in two months. The fact that they have a shade that works for even the darkest people is insane. Most American brands aren't even CLOSE. I think it's just the beginning. Also: note the undertones are gorgeous instead of that ridiculously warm toned orange paint brands give to black girls and say "this is what you asked for right 🥰"
What western beauty brands have struggled to do properly for years (and as a brown skin girl, wide majority still make warm brown shades basically orange), a Korean beauty brand does in 2 months. Crazy.
Obviously they're planning to expand their business overseas. No Cosmetic Brand would spend a dime on manufacturing products that wouldn't benefit them.
Why is she forcing makeup brands to make more shades just for her? That seems a little.. weird. Especially Korean brands, they make shades for Koreans because they are a Korean brand.
goodness, It's not just for her, but for everyone that has a darker shades of skin, and FYI Korean brands isn't just specifically for Korean users, It's cater for everyone all over the world.
Im a korean and since i live in america i have many friends that are african american. I use a cushion foundation from Korea bc obviously they have my shade but i was a sad that my friends didnt get to experience cushion foundation in their shade. Like a lot of asian countries, Korea is not very diverse so Korean makeup brands tend to make shades for Koreans only and i def get that, but Tirtir accepted the feedbacks and ACTUALLY made the product. That is just soooo wondeful 😭😭 i GOTTA get them for my friendssss
Look. I'm sorry but, they're KOREAN. They're not dark skin. So as a Korean brand they're going to cater to lighter skin tones?? So what is this even a problem??
Real, the brand probably focuses more on what is actually used in Korea, I don't know why they 'would' have to make darker shadows as if it were an obligation, there are thousands of other brands that have adequate foundations, they are not satisfied with anything.
@@amidalass i mean if she has it, they probably sell their items not only in korea, so if they are gonna do that, its better to be more inclusive. i mean they listened to her so idk why yall so bitter about them doing better
It's just smart business. Only catering to one market could stunt business growth. Given the fact that Kpop and Korean culture is growing, especially in the U.S., it just makes sense that TirTir would capitalize on that. Especially since they seem to be the first Korean brand to add more inclusive shades. I don't know how you fail to put two and two together, maybe it's just your bigotry showing. Have a nice day.✌🏾
@@maya_miaa It's not really bigotry..? Every company is trying to appeal to a group, and good for TirTir on expanding their target audience. However, just because one brand decides that its demographic is now people beyond east asians, does not mean that people should expect other korea brands to do the same. It's like expecting the adult entertainment industry to cater to kids. What OP is tryna get at here is that everyone is making it seem that KOREAN (mostly light skin) brands don't have darker shades, and that it is a problem (really isn't, you have makeup in the west, Korea is not cosmetic capital.
Nah bc this really just makes youthforia look worse, I follow very few MUAs so at first i had no idea but then i found out about youthforias black foundation, like if a FOREIGN COUNTRY can make inclusive foundation bc of one video (maybe more) theres honestly no excuse for mfs out in the united states to not be able to where you would have way more access to everything you would need to do it. The fact that this country has WAY more black people (and yes there are black people that love in korea) and we still have to BEG for inclusivity where darc has showed 2 different instances where korea has tried to be inclusive, it really just pisses me off how much these makeup companies do not care

THANK YOU Darcei for encouraging Tirtir to expand their shade range👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
✨️IT'S THAT ME ESPRESSO✨️😂
The EsPrEsSO got me rolling 😂💀💀💀😂😂😂
I laughed when she said that's me espresso 🤣
I'm not sure how new this brand is, but I hope people are allowing companies some time to expand especially since Asian brands are becoming more global. It's great to see the inclusivity and companies listening!
That 2nd darkest shade was gorgeous
Love the little laugh after the "let's try the new darkest one" 😂
“Everybody else, pack it up!”🔥🔥🔥
this is the result when a brand listens to their consumers.
I love how this new makeup brand listen to their darker POC's comments. Now I can't wait until they make more shades in between their two darkest shades. Because their a lot of us black woman who love cushion foundations
Wow I love that they have darker shades it’s so sweet of them to do that 😊
"Yes that’s me espresso"😂 had me dying because I was literally just listening to that song😂
Blessed for real, esp. for Polynesian like myself, who lives between mild Summer and blazing Summer skin tones.
THATS 👏 WHAT 👏WE👏CALL👏 ... ❤️ IMPROVEMENT ❤️
“PACK IT UP PACK IT UP!” Lol😂
“ Everybody pack it up, pAcK iT uP!!!” 😂
korean skincare is so good, everyone deserves a chance at using it! so glad to see this.
I love it but it should have more dark shades between light and really dark shades like, it's just my opinion
They went from 8 to 30 shades in two months. The fact that they have a shade that works for even the darkest people is insane. Most American brands aren't even CLOSE. I think it's just the beginning.
Also: note the undertones are gorgeous instead of that ridiculously warm toned orange paint brands give to black girls and say "this is what you asked for right 🥰"
give the brand time, making new shades isn't easy I'm sure they're still working to do different shades between warm, neutral and cold tones :)
The jump between the two darkest shades tho 😭-
Your nails are incredible
"Everybody else.. PACK IT UH-"
Its amazing how these companies look for reviews of their products and do not hesitate to make improvements
I find it funny how other influencers are now jumping on the band wagon that you practically started!!! You are a fucking queen
The=" heAheAhE" was my favourite part of the video 💀
What western beauty brands have struggled to do properly for years (and as a brown skin girl, wide majority still make warm brown shades basically orange), a Korean beauty brand does in 2 months. Crazy.
Why force them to make something for which a market does not exist
Dark skinned people don't exist?
She doesn’t have the authority to force them though 🤨
@conco6564 this video is an example of social pressure
She didnt pressure she invited them to be more diverse wich bring more clients and clout, its beneficial
Obviously they're planning to expand their business overseas. No Cosmetic Brand would spend a dime on manufacturing products that wouldn't benefit them.
"that's that me espresso" 😂
Love when brands pay attention to what the people are saying!
Darcei this is thanks to you I hope you’re so so proud of your accomplishments
Well played, TirTir, well played 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
✨That's me espresso ✨
"it's that me ESPRessoooo" 100% my favorite part.
Also I love how fun and bright your nails are!!
They was smart AF
Those are fantastic undertones too, actual real skin shades!!!
Right. Undertone is crucial
Why is she forcing makeup brands to make more shades just for her? That seems a little.. weird. Especially Korean brands, they make shades for Koreans because they are a Korean brand.
lol fr
goodness, It's not just for her, but for everyone that has a darker shades of skin, and FYI Korean brands isn't just specifically for Korean users, It's cater for everyone all over the world.
She is now the only black person who exists ig
Have a nice day.✌🏾
Real. I get feeling left out, but for most korean brands, their demographics are people within korea, maybe japan and china too, but it stops there.
Off topic, HER NAILS❤
Thats great and im not hating but to be fair it is a korean foundation made for KOREAN people who are mostly pretty pale
K-beauty is huge everywhere and if they want to continue to be relevant, they did what they needed to do.
Omg, I love this! They were like “bet” 🙌🏽 The turnaround is crazy!
“ PacK It uP EveRyBOdy ElsE PacK it uP!” Had me laughing hard.😅😅
Tir Tir be releasing foundations as fast as Kendrick dropping disses on Drake
I might want to start wearing makeup again behind this.
That's genuinely amazing! 💚😭
”iT’s ThAT mE ESpResSo” got me rolling on the floor💀🤣😭
This is how you do dark shades. You can see the undertones of it will match actual humans instead of just plaint black paint.
