The steak is seasoned only with salt and then broiled to a rare doneness. At that point it is taken out and placed on the serving plate where the steak is sliced for service (this is so taboo amongst the standards but they do it anyway, lol) and then dressed with melted butter and placed back in the broiler until medium rare. It is then immediately sent to the table.
Hispanic and blacks, make sure you tip appropriately, most people think you are cheap as f***. Just prove them wrong. Tip correctly. That would be at least 20%.
Woah bro, I ain't usually a cheapskate but I do happen to always tips appropriately, and thankfully this place has a mandatory tip amount added to avoid that hassle.
I went there for the first time and the steak was ok at best. The spinach was the quality you expect at a nursing home and the bread was served cold. Don’t bother going.
