Why is it that Bernie Sanders is the only person in congress that has the moral insight, integrity and courage to stand up for what is right? All these other legislators and leaders are spineless because they can’t seem to stand up and speak out. I wish Bernie would have been our president. Even at his age, he has his wits and character. A true American patriot and leader.

Thank you for standing up and using your voice for the innocent citizens of both Palestine and Israel. Many Israelis around the world are protesting, speaking out against their country's atrocities as organized and committed by Netanyahu's administration. We should certainly do no less. We must hold all those accountable who are acting against the humanitarian aid and the cessation of the attempted genocide of the Palestinians.
I didn't know that they were using US troops to block aid. I'm surprised they are doing it. Netanyahu must have brainwashed them. If the Us troops can be used to block aid, President Biden needs to use them to deliver aid. They might enjoy a humanitarian mission for once.

Your government won't even agree on raising the minimum wage or helping families or children. They are certainly not going to give the people of the US anything. Republicans want to cut SSI, medicare, SNAP, and other social programs that help low income people. This is from the military budget. Even if they had a surplus they won't help you. The US taxpayer has been shafted since Reagan. They're not changing their attitudes now.

*This is the first time it was attacked directly by Iran who, like Hamas, gave it the impression it was not interested in war.* It is also the first time that Israel was told by Biden not to strike back. After such an attack the visuals look bad: Israel needs others to defend it and is not free to choose how to strike back.
The attack leaves its protector the US casting around for policy options.
