One thing I have never seen in any flip turn video.... When you fold up, you use your abs. When you bring the legs over the top to the wall, you are using your lower back, almost identical to what you do if you bend over and touch your toes, and then stand up right again.
I noticed one foot is lower than the other on the wall. The lower foot is the opposite side the body is rolling towards when pushing-off the wall. This character seems essential.
