The animation was made by Fredryk Phox, and you can tell animation has come a loooong way since when that video came out. Nowadays the guy who made it has changed along with his humor and from what I know he's working on "A fox in space" which is kind of like a 80's cartoon version of Star Fox. It has quite the unique feel to it.
