Leveling up Kaioken is actually making the transformation/power up’s start up faster. That is how levels also work.
It also makes the drain less but most people won't notice as they either have singleplayer config'd to have the drain on easy or they play a server with it that way.

I think leveling up to a certain point unlocks kaioken times 100 while the ones levels above make it more efficient (aka drain less health to maintain it).

Oh BTW I suggest you train a lot more off camera for The tornament of power and upgrade your melee damage and health. Because the enemy’s in TOP may have over 100k worth of health

I suggest you change the max stats up, but since it also makes the mind costs higher, here is a fix:
You'll have to change the mind cost of every skill to be 0.0005 * the normal mind cost(most skills have 1, which translates to 5 in-game normally. Some have 2, which would be 10 normally. Doing it this way would keep the mind costs the same, while allowing you to have higher stats. Most skills can be found in Jrmccore config file, but there is a folder with configs for UI which has the mind cost config for UI)
I also suggest you upgrade Wil to make your ki blade and scythe stronger, as well as the ki blasts. Also, if you are gonna do what I told you and make the max stats higher, you should upgrade ki fist and ki infuse to make ki blade and scythe both stronger and cheaper to use(ki blade and scythe use ki)
Also, just in case you want to, you can change the name of kaioken to be "Kaioken X4" instead of "Kaioken X10", or whatever else you want of the sort. It will not change the stats
Also also, you can enter the following command to fight Goku/Vegeta:
/dbcspawn Goku(or Vegeta,, if you want to fight him instead) - base form
/dbcspawn Goku2 - SSJ God
There's base, normal SSJ, SSJ god, and SSJ blue I belive. sorry if it doesn't work, you might have to write "enemyGoku" or "enemyVegeta" since there's also the Goku and Vegeta that teach you move. There are also Gohan, Trunks, and more.
I think like 6 if the levels for kaioken are the boosts and the other 4 are just for transforming faster.

The thing is Canon Kaioken Max Multiplier is x20 while the highest we've ever seen was against Slug and that was a x100
