Actually they changed it so in order to do the mastered form you have to experience the pain status then redo the transformation like you said.

You have to transform into UI sign three times to be able to transform into MUI

Riku if you want the MASTERD ultra instincto and get that WEAVE effect you gotta let ui finish and ui will give you pain and go to ui again with the pain effect and then you can trasmform into mui its that simple maybe idk tho but there is the help for you and everyone who plays dbc and want to get mui and dont know how keep that content my man

Ki fist drains more ki per punch based off of its level. Also the reason you drop to base 0% is because kaioken does that to you when your health gets too low. Just in case you didn't know.

Rikudou I think if you go into skills and upgrade ultra instinct with your mind it might increase the stats of the ultra instinct making it stronger. Thats my suggestion.
So Jin has made a separate config for ultra instinct.
Go to config-jingames-forms-ultra instinct.
You can change the multiplier, dodge rate etc there
Suggestion for ya when your playthrough sadly ends try playing a server some of them feel like a totally different game with custom transformations and storys could be fun

Just wondering: are you using a custom ini for DBC? The default is atrocious imo. If so, are you willing to share some of your tp settings? It's so tedious to find what works well.

you can become mastered ultra instinct in this mod by doing this you need your character in pain and become ultra insrinct and press g

Rikudou your problem is that when you get to like 0 hp you need to charge your ki so you can have the defense because if not your just a normal player getting hit with 100000 damage. Also when using Ui its best to max it out and your God ki so you can get the max power out of it. Also in Dbs powerlvls Ui is weaker then SsjbKKx20 so if your trying to keep it cannon its best to keep it where it is for now, but if you dont that up to you bro.

A good tip is to put some medical liquid into the hyper bolic time chamber so you don't waste food on healing and ki regen

You should try ninjin entities it adds hundreds of NPCs and all of them can fly and shoot KI blasts they also have aura
I recommend to increase the dodge rate (otherwise you are basically guaranteed to die in one hit) and to increase strength and cost and stuff is in the jrmc file it seperated differently then how everything else is in a box like shape and it should say ultra instinct stuff like the multipliyer that you can increase or decrease (which will automatically increase all stats u cant choose it will increase all) and the dodge rate is set to 80 but you can even set it to 100 if you want (i recommend 90 just to have fun time with the skill and not die) and yeh tomorrow i will look at my pc and configs and tell u anything else i learn then in the comments of this well comment

Aight sorry it took me a few hours it was 1 am in my time when i posted that, anyway The file you need to use to change which ever forms multiplyier or even the race strenght ki attacks power and all is in the Jinryuujrmcore in the config files of minecraft. Once in there just scroll till you find texts in a form of a square all bundled up together saying ultra instinct, if you scroll by you will find it cause it looks different then everything else since its all together instead of seperate like the rest. To increase the power of the form you have to increase the thing called "Skill Ultra Instinct - Attribute multiplier" under it will be a UI and some numbers, to increase it all you have to do is increase the number ( recommend the max be 1000 since if you increase it too much it will break) and the box thing i was mentioning earlier is where you change the rate of dodge, yesterday i think i said its rate was at 80 but i had it wrong turns out its prolly set to 60 or 70 and I RECOMMEND you change it to 80 otherwise you will rarely dodge and well die instantly. And one last thing the pain duration is for the after effect when u run out of UI so i recommend not messing with that unless you dont want it (if you dont want it set it to 0) and the level requirments you dont need to mess at all. The last 2 things is for the mind cost and TP but u dont need to mess with that And thats basically it you can read around in there for the other forms, they are in a list type of pattern just read till you find "attribute multiplier" and you will be set (be careful tho i recommend reading what your going to mess with since u can basically break somn if you put too high a number or if you deactivate something so always read what your editing before you edit it).

.Minecraft > config > jinryusettings (something like this) > forms > ultra instinct, you can change a lot of stuff here, like health percentege you can active ultra instinct state, Dodge percentege, counter attack percentege and etc...
