Hi, I have one joyo gate of khan (iron man series too) same size this pedal and it doesn't flip when I step on it. cheers.
I've just bought one, and it has background noise. It does not matter if it's on or off. :-(
Try to repair it with an electrical engineer. My ehx memory toy had the same problem and my friend added a piece of metal (like a clip) between two things and it was solved. Good luck!
