If camera is your only priority, spend 4-5k more and get s22. Or save 5k and get s21 fe.
Nothing™ has an impressive camera, but samsung's "color science" is just better. Also you'll get telephoto lens. Which really shines in when taking portrait photos.
But if you want to consider battery life, uniqueness, and the famous green line issue - then it's a different story.
I'd personally go for Nothing 2 since the camera is really good and battery is much better than s22/s21fe. Perfect balance for my use cases.
