Ingredients:
Mutton Boneless= 1 kg
Vinegar= 1 cup
Salt= 1 tbap
For Tadka
Mustard Oil= cup
Ginger= 2 inch
Garlic Cloves= 25
Cinnamon Sticks= 4 inch
Black Cardamom= 2
Cloves= 8
Red Chilly= 6
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Vinegar= 1/4 cup
Pickle spice mix:
Coriander Seeds= 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds= 2 tsp
Black Pepper= 2 tsp
Funnel Seeds= 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds= 2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds= 1 tsp
Red Chilly= 5
