    Looks like a recipe my husband would really enjoy! Do you ever use a folded outer leaves under your weight to hold the cabbage shreds under the brine ? You give a very clear explanation and it is helpful the music is not over powering. Thank you!💐

      Thank you for your comment. I have used folded leaves in the past and the result was as good as using a fermentation weight.

      Thank you for watching. I used the regular red chilli that has been sun-dried

      @@ZizziGreen I've only ever tried fermenting cabbage. It's wild how many things people are fermenting. And they all look so darn delicious.

    How much sea salt?

      I used 2 tablespoons of sea salt as the cabbage was slightly bigger .
