I see you bash the car pretty bad. I did some driving at a empty parking lot and the one of the shock springs came loose. The left front tire disconnected from the little struts and the pins that hold the body down BROKE OFF. I’m pretty upset that for 90$ it broke on my first use.
Do you think I got a defective one or something????

For such a thorough and well-made channel you don't have a whole lot of subscribers you truly deserve more you're very thorough you speak very clearly and you're quite honest about the truck you've earned my respect and my subscription
My kid has had an older "MadGear" branded "Desert Wolf" version of this car. After years of use the ESC is failing and the rear shocks are blown, but the chassis is holding up well and we're doing some upgrades. 2S looks interesting. 🤔
Just put one on order..... All the websites that have it under 100 bucks are sold out, or false adv..... So I went with good ole Amazon..... I did get upgraded tires, aluminum 12 mm hex hubs, and pigtail for lipo batt. Will go more for upgrades after holidays...... This will be project #2 for my collection!

Hey y'all I just drove my redcat Piranha for the fist time, and multiple prices broke mostly the housing units. This thing is brittle as hell. Be carefully as the warranty will not cover these pieces breaking. I fell like I've been ripped off honestly.
I appreciate reviews like yours. Tell it like it is. These companies are saturating the hobby.

Definitely. Even the Volcano 16 and Volcano 10 do as well
Gunna end up having issues with the transmission. Lots of binding. Even brand new transmissions for this bind up. And can’t be fixed

Ok after 8 months here. Burnt the 540 with a lipo 2s. $13 for a brushed 35t replacement.

jdubbfam37 I broke mine on the first day. Complete garbage, I think new bright makes more durable rc cars. Really disappointed

Add mine for 5 weeks and cook the motor put a brushless system man. I don't understand why red cat sells anything in a 10th scale with a brush motor I bought 3 different vehicles now and everyone has burned up within weeks.

Redcat racing stop supplying parts books, and breakdowns of the vehicles with their vehicles. 0:44 I have stopped buying them because of that. How can you order parts? They expect you to download it on your cell phone and try and hope that you can see the parked numbers on your phone.

Wow so cheap 4 yrs ago I just got mine after taxes it was 128$
you can get the wltoys rc car for arount the same price with 4wd and more speed than that one but name brand is alwase a little bit better when you want to get an rc car.
The wltoys is small and doesn't handle well. This is a proper 2wd chassis that can be used even on a track.

Jay Kirk yeah I’ll stick to my 300 hp mk6 got that I autocross in. Oh and also the sprint karts that I race with internationally. But of course me making free content for the world will garner some idiots in the process.
