Believe me, I want it. Just don't know if I could justify spending that kind of money. It's actually pretty reasonable for what it is though. A real one would be almost 3 times as much money and it wouldn't look or feel much different at all.
You know I love a 390, and imo it's the best engine ever made. That being said, if you are going to clone a Shelby, you better bring a Shelby engine. Not a horrible idea. At least this way you could get that car to last 300,000 miles.
No words... thats amazing!!! Mine dreamcar.. im 19 years old Finnish man and i LOVE THIS Real American Muscle car!! Thx for sharing this with me! Smiles from Finland. - Tommi
I am still a Chevy guy but that is one fine Mustang. It seems to be in great re-stored shape. If I ever win the lottery, I plan to own at least one of all the major brands of muscle. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us.
I enjoy your videos sooooo much. The cars you show and demonstrate are simply awesome. I grew up with these cars. Back in the day I had a 440 Charger, one of my buddies had a 426 Hemi Plymouth and another had a '69 Shelby GT 500. We used to raise some real hell in those cars. Thanks again for the great videos. I love to close my eyes and listen almost as much as watch.
One of My All Time Favs.of Ur Inventory,Tried My Darnest to Get My Ducks In A Row To Grab This Beast,When It First Appeared on Ur Site. Someone Beat Me To It.Sounds Like Either Heads Were Milled or Bigger Cam & Exhaust Is Perfect.3:70 Gears Helped Chirp the Tires on 4 of 5 Gears !!!
Piece of art , silver with red interior is fabulous combo , I love the 67-72 F-100 with this same combo as well , stunning looks , hard to top it up ! Well done .... that really was something
I wasn't sure what I thought of the color combo at first, but I liked it more after looking at it for a while. It's a color combo that I haven't seen on one of these before.
Absolutely beautifully restored Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 car! Saw one like this yesterday at the Le May Car Museum in Tacoma, Wa. after getting off work. Never knew specs so Googling it found your video. Now have better appreciation for this fine automobile. Thanks for sharing.
I am not a big fan of silver cars, but with the maroon stripes, this car looks awesome! Also like that the driving lights are in the middle, never liked it when they moved them outside. Car sounds amazing! Great vid!
This car is frickin unbelievable!!! The design is so amazing, Ford really did create an amazing car...just the sound from the car is soo awesome! can't wait until i can get that car xD
like all your videos i really enjoyed watching this one, the Shelby mistang is a true beauty, love the 5 speed remmick gearbox and the bog standard interior, especially the factory speedo gauges. And the sound form that motor is just DEVINE, its the sound that will get a corpse pulsating with excitement LOL, no boring snoozefest with this mustang
There were a few 427s installed at the dealer level, but supposedly only 3 GT500s left Shelby American with the 427 installed, including the infamous "Super Snake." The vast majority of '67 GT500s have the 428 Police Interceptor engine. Kudos to Fastlane for pricing this particular car more in line with a 1967 GT390, and not a Shelby GT500. Tribute cars are worth no more than the restored model they started with. Not everyone understands that.
Wow nice car! Looks like you would have to take out the motor to change the spark plugs. The hood real nice and shinny from inside. That 390 sounds good.
Beautiful car. I always loved the Shelby Mustangs and the 1967-68 390 & 428 CJ fastback Mustangs. The only problem with this car is it has Goodyear Eagle GT2 which were discontinued many years ago and I would not trust them on the highway because they are old. Unless Kelsey is reproducing them. I have 1970 SS 396 (402 CID) Camaro now. It is very fast.
RamblinAround oh i was talking about my 67 mustang fastback body ;-) i'll reveal it soon and add a section for it. I bought a coupe for $800 and the back half of a fastback for $800 and welded the two together in the guys garage and then towed the whole thing home ;-) basically i'm building a 67 shelby clone from practically scratch.
I want to just get a regular 67 Fastback, old style and maybe a bit beaten up to bring down the price of it; Its quite hard to even find them on AutoTrader here in the UK. This thing is just gorgeous though!
Eleanor mustang wow absolutly powerfull alley ✌️ color absolutly beautyfull stunning awsome wonderfull car 🤟 inside Nice and tidy holy Moses it is just so Nice and fast thanks jeff and Jordan for this 😊 😊 😊 😊
Holy Moses it is a awsome fast car fast is not enough it takes the kesselrun in less than 12 par sec so fast beautyfull awsome stunning wonderfull mustang i love it motor wow absolutly powerfull and inside absolut gourgeus

The colors and all the little details really sets this car off. Engine bay is also really well done. Always nice to see a clean engine bay.

At 48K$ it is a screaming deal! Even in 2013. Very CLEAN, bad ass car!

The Bullitt's are really cool. My son really likes those too.
I'm not sure what has been done to that 390, but it feels stronger than most. It would look more correct if it had the dual quads up top.

It's the first I've seen with that color combo too. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I liked it the more I looked at it.
Thanks for taking a look!
I agree, a modern 5 or 6 speed makes a huge difference.
I am not a big fan of silver cars, but with the maroon stripes, this car looks awesome! Also like that the driving lights are in the middle, never liked it when they moved them outside. Car sounds amazing! Great vid!
Thank you great times !!!
I really like them too and this is my favorite year. Thanks for having a look at it!

Thanks for checking it out!
once he said "...into a GT500, which happens to be my all-time favorite car," I gave a like and sub haha
Thanks. I love the GT500, it doesn't get any better in my opinion.
RamblinAround amen my friend, amen
@@RamblinAround my opinion too . I love this car ! The 390 is my favorite motor too.

Thanks for watching George. It's definitely an impressive machine.
That one must have been so much fun to take for a drive! My favorite Mustangs are the Bullitt clones, but these are awesome too! Great video!
I definitely feel fortunate to be able to take these amazing cars out on the road. I'm glad you found it interesting....thanks for watching!
Full throttle?
Sounds like you are shifting a bit early, but great sound :-)
Love this car. Great videos, please keep sharing/making them.
I have no words.....literally NO words.
A thing of beauty, thanks for posting this video.

Due to a shortage of 428 engines, many 1967 GT500's were sold with 390 engines as 428 engines.
Thats my dads car omfg
Thanks for taking a look Jos. Same age as the car eh....I guess that makes you a classic too :)
driving over the camera was a nice touch...
I agree completely, it is my all-time favorite car.
I like that 74 nova in the back to.
They really did a great job with that one!! It would make a nice addition to the Ramblin'Around Stables eh!!☺
Worth every penny plus some excellent alternative to a extremely expensive real Shelby I love it
I had a 72 Mustang that I put 390 in , it was a stormer!
one of my favourite cars, too. what a beast. Go baby go!
What a fabulous looking and sounding car! I just love the colour scheme both inside and out too.

Owhh..owhh..your killin me indeed...that beast got a red racing stripe with white colour base..owh i wanna that...
always liked Mustangs
Sorry, no freebies :) It is one of my favorites too though, thanks for watching!
Good Lord that things sounds SO GOOD!!!
That 5 speed looked great to drive. All these old muscle cars should get Tremec 5 speeds (or 6 speeds). Death to automatics lol.
i love mustangs thanks for the great vid
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching!
390' S Were Used in Some 68 Shelby's ,When There Was A Shortage in Production of the 428's in Late 67,Early 68
