Hi. My name is Darek and in this video I'll show you how I made Steel SawHorses DIY.
For one piece I used:
Pipe:
4x80cm 3/4"
1x60cm 3/4"
1x55cm 3/4"
1x60cm 1"
80 cm chain 5mm (hole 8mm)
6 pieces of end caps
2 M8 screws
2 M8 washers
2 M8 nuts

I managed to buy the pipes very cheaply at the scrap yard, so the cost of doing 2 pieces did not exceed $ 15.
Sawhorses are very strong and stable. Thanks to the adjustable height, they can be used for any work.
I did not do a durability test, but I think that they can withstand a few hundred kilos.

everything I've seen of Poland makes me think that it's a place full of people that I respect. I hope you don't lose that grit and self-reliance
I might have to try that my self some time with my arc welder. I liked how you used filler for those open spots saves a lot of time messing around instead of trying to cut the pipe ends perfectly to fit together.
Such simple and compact frames, yet so versatile. Thanks for sharing.

Привет из России. Сделал себе точно такие же. Теперь могу поставить большой стол в гараже для работы, а когда не нужно, убрать под стенку.👍👍👍 Вот только болтики не грел а просвелил в перемычке отверстия и туда вставил болты и ими креплю цепочку, получилось красивее.
Цепочку закрепил так же.

learned few things
1.use filler rod to fill the gap
2.adjustable high saw horse
3.hold the stick to overcome hand shake
and of course the best advice
4. Never use Hammershite

Those are NICE! I saw some made from rods for legs and pipes for cross pieces. A NICE job and I liked the shot of YOU and the pencil welding style as usual!

However the description of the video is incorrect, missing a measurement (01 tube of 65 3/4). But it was worth this perfect.

I definitely want to use my everlast welder to make a couple of these.
tak samo spawałem szczeliny przy robieniu płotu, miałem prawie takie same okrągłe rurki, dawałem pręty zbrojeniowe odpowiedniej grubości. przy kolejnych łączeniach nauczyłem się podszlifowywac pod kształt pół okragly, było łatwiej spawać i mniej szlifowania pozniej
