      The main problem is the gap is increasing between poor to middle class to rich and ultra rich, govt should put some capping or provide some sort of subsidy in home loan interest or direct benefit for poor and middle classes

    Prices all over India will go down. Builders and brokers will lie so they don't lose money. As the politicians black money is involved in real estates but now money will leave India so the prices will go down. Many builders will go bankrupt, and banks will lose billions of money .

    No crash in India as politicians are now builders 😊, mumbai 3 cr for 2 bhk with 900 carpet and once u step down all slums, open gutters, unauthorized dwellings welcome u, no footpath, walking track and royally screwed roads and city infra. I am surprised buyers still buy..

    Bengaluru is going Kolkata way - IT is slowing down as a sector and company running away from Bengaluru due to water crisis. We tech professional don't have visibility of job for next 5 years. Bengaluru has not acquired any new sectors. All investors are exiting - whopping 54000+ flats are on sell, mostly on resale. Tech is shifting to ahmedabad, indore, nagpur, jaipur. Bengaluru which house 80% of jobs, now have just 30% and reducing but highest number of software developers. Also remote job grown 10 times. Bengaluru has no future unless authorities work on water. New flats are not getting government water connection - they are left dry to be on water tankers! The flats which were sold at 2-2 crores have to use mall's washroom last summer. Builders betraying techies.

    Dwarka expressway already 1.5-2 crore se start ho raha hai....itna inflate kar diya hai yeh road.....yaha ki property ki wo haalat hogi ke roye ge wo ho aaj itna mehnga khareed rahe hai....buyer nahin milega market mein.....Jo haalat 4 wheeler industry ki hai wohi haalat....dwarka expressway ki hogi.....likh ke rakh lo....

    I would have bought Conscient Habitat 550 sq. ft at around 23-25 lacs But at 40 lacs its unrealistic. Similar for any other affordable housing on Dwarka Expressway.

    As per them there will be will 30-40% correction in real estate 😅 . during real estate slowdown or after peak prices remain stagnant for few year but they never fall. Due to inflation in steel n cement and labour wages prices will keep on rising them how builders will sale at a 40% loss ??? Due to huge migration happening in metro cities real estate will prices will keep on rising. from 2012 till 2020 also prices were stagnant but they never fell.
    in last 4 year prices have increased by 60% so it's obvious that prices will remain stable for couple of year then again price rise will start

      Bro, builders to 10 saal aage ka price le chuke hain aaj hi, sara hisab kitab laga ke, few of them increased the price in every 2 weeks, like m 3m. 5 month me 10 year ka increment lga chuke. Dont assume them as too innocent. Correction to late investors ki vajah se hoga jinka kuch appreciate hona nahi aur because of non-availability and non-capability of end user, sales honi nahi. Fasi me sab bechenge, sasta mehnga, we all will see.

      @@vkvk-yn5nb bro it's not like that.if project is going to be delivered in 5 years prices are increased gradually by builders.I myself booked on launch day and seen builder increasing 3-4% in every 3 months.so if you buy at the launch you can easily make 30-40% till the time of possession. and ye aj se nhi kai salo se chal rha he aur chalta rhega. real estate mehenga tha aur mehenga rhega. chahe aaj lelo ya 5 saal bad badhe hue price pe.

      When there will be no buyers in the market so investors will have to lower down there demand. But builders are still on safer side.

      @@RR020 now u changed the goal post I cannot comment I also have a plot in my hometown Agra which has appreciated in last 15 but I was speaking to my closest friend staying in Gurgaon whose flat near medanta lucknow became 50 lacs from 8 lacs bought in 2008 now he was saying no appreciation since last 2 years as new society demand in same area and gets rental only 15k per month is difficult to sell it .. plot is evergreen.. flats -appreciation, stangnant, down full.. by the way his 25 lacs got stuck in ansal commercial lucknow .. 1 in 4 real estate will be stuck

    These rules may not apply to Bhubaneswar. New apartments have reached Rs 9000 to 10000 per square feet. And it is not going to come down by all means. But most you tubers may not be aware of the stats in Bhubaneswar

    Mostly..its price stays stable...and then takes off.

    Prices will slash in pockets only for resale flats where buyers have excess leverage. With high costs of land and construction, it is unlikely to come down except for a few needy sellers. Others just hold the property for 1 year

      @@rohusay right har kisi ki apni samajh h, youtubers are trying hard to justify ki builders ko land mehnga mil rha h, construction cost and bla bla. But reality is that jo 15k ka price aap bta rhe h vo 9k se hi hawa me inflate kiya gya h, builders revised the price in every 1-2 weeks out of their own whims and fancies, there is no actual base i.e. demand by end user at that price. Inflation, land cost etc ki baat hoti to fir 9k-10k par launch kyu kiya tha (no of such examples as we all know).
      And as regards past precedences as mentioned by you, No such type of aggressive Price Action has ever happened in Indian market before, never of such magnitude; so correction will also be unprecedented, followed by years of stagnation.
      Vast Majority of End user is sitting with 1-1.5-2cr budget, this is the only truth, at last maal bechna to end user ko hi padega. Investor to aake basega nahi or basega to tab jab investor bhi pura pay krne ke capable hoga. + Hoards of unsold inventories are there. Interesting show ahead, lets see what happens.

      Build quality is not good in ncr and one thing people are missing it is earthquake soon 8.how they are constructing 20 to 30 Floor building. Corruption at high
