@@rohusay right har kisi ki apni samajh h, youtubers are trying hard to justify ki builders ko land mehnga mil rha h, construction cost and bla bla. But reality is that jo 15k ka price aap bta rhe h vo 9k se hi hawa me inflate kiya gya h, builders revised the price in every 1-2 weeks out of their own whims and fancies, there is no actual base i.e. demand by end user at that price. Inflation, land cost etc ki baat hoti to fir 9k-10k par launch kyu kiya tha (no of such examples as we all know).
And as regards past precedences as mentioned by you, No such type of aggressive Price Action has ever happened in Indian market before, never of such magnitude; so correction will also be unprecedented, followed by years of stagnation.
Vast Majority of End user is sitting with 1-1.5-2cr budget, this is the only truth, at last maal bechna to end user ko hi padega. Investor to aake basega nahi or basega to tab jab investor bhi pura pay krne ke capable hoga. + Hoards of unsold inventories are there. Interesting show ahead, lets see what happens.
