    He's advice is follow your passion. BS. Did you follow your passion when you started that trucking company?
    GTFO. You found a problem that needed to be solved, you found a solution, you added value, provided a solution that people were willing to pay for in the market place and you made $$$. Get the f@k atta here with that worthless advice about following your passion. DON'T FOLLOW YOUR PASSION PEOPLE. Follow NEEDS/PROBLEMS. The passion will come from being good at what you do, from providing value and people giving you positive feedback.

      I think his passion was business. He wanted to start a business and that ignited that fire in his spirit. Clearly he is a business man interested in the creation and execution.
      There are countless numbers of people that are in the cycle of doing what they are "good" at, but what they are "good" at is not necessarily your passion. It has been my experience that my passion points have the ability to monetize. Your passion can solve a problem and bring about wealth as well.
