She truly has a voice that I've never heard and I don't think we'll ever hear again. That deep Louisiana twang isn't something that shows up in country music much she's so unique and really truly deserves all of her success right now and that performance of them together was absolutely amazing And I love that Kelly genuinely loves everyone's music She knew all the words even when she wasn't on the mic she was singing the song.

Lainey broke a record here in Syracuse last summer at the NYS Fair. She had more people at her concert than any other concert ever in the history of the Fair. I want to say around 53,000 people. I don't even know if she has any idea. 70,000 went to the fair that day.

I really loved 80s, 90s and early 2000s country when there were so many amazing women singers and songwriters. I definitely veered away from listening to country during the bro-country period, but I'm glad to see more amazing women and diverse artists re-entering the country realm (even if they often get relegated more to the "Americana" label).
