VIEWS AND OPINIONS EXPRESSED IN MY VIDEOS ARE MY OWN AND DO NOT REFLECT MY EMPLOYER.
FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!
I hope you don't mind but I wanted to send thanks to all the wonderful bus drivers I met in Lynchburg, Virginia during my recent visit there. They were all so helpful, polite, and friendly and made riding the bus a pleasure.
I can't wait for the Caltrain units to enter service! I just seen one the other night doing a test run in Mountain View.
The Expo seems well represented and providing tons of information.
Alright OCTA Trolley on production
Great to see the OC Street Car . They Have Been Talking about it arriving in OC
as someone from the OC this will be fun.
Can’t wait!
Thanks for showing the OC Streetcar. I can't wait to ride it!
Same
Nice to see the OC Streetcar at the expo. I will hopefully get to ride it next year
I’m definitely looking forward to the OC Streetcar, nice of you to take a look inside for us! 🙌🏼
It was so cool to see! It looks really nice in person!!
It looks really nice with the S700 (my city uses the full size version which are nearly identical except much longer)
The Oc Street car ;Looks like the new LRV'S for SacRT
It is a Siemens S700 low floor streetcar. An updated version of the S70 and Avanto, built in Sacramento. The OC Streetcar version is a 750 VDC powered set with pantograph power collection. Several US transit authorities are currently using or have ordered this model or the LRV version.
I’m from Orange County and thank you for sharing!!
Connie!!!!!!
2:58 we have some of these in Phoenix Arizona l, they are super comfortable and they look amazing riding away❤
I live not too far from where the OC Streetcar will be, can't wait to check it out
0:36 That's a tram, not a train.
0:57 this is a proper train (part of a demo version at least). Stadler is btw from Europe, from Switzerland to be precise. This company is selling their products world wide and really have decent trains and trams.
2:47 Tram again. Siemens being a German company, they make impressive trams but also household appliances and many other things.
I'm in Long Beach, on the other side of Orange County. When these new OCTA street trams go online I need to check it out, it looks spot-on!
They are really nice!
@@BusDriverLifeSiemens totally came through with these 💯
I love the OCTA streetcar I can’t wait to ride it when it enters service
That OCTA livery is very nice
That Alstom Citadis looks pretty nice! Here, I would suggest buying two car sets of those so they can get the most passengers on those long ol trams.
I'm pretty sure the Alstom citadis is not very good I know Ottawa's don't work and had to be rebuilt and it's not the first time Alstoms north American products have failed (Amtrak has never gotten anything that works from alstom everything has needed significant rebuilding)
@@IndustrialParrot2816hmmm, I can somewhat get what you're saying but some things may work differently in different places and it could possibly go either way with Alstom. Stadler could also be a contender with both Alstom and Siemens.
Those are light rail streetcars, the modern version of old trolley cars.
Thank you showing us inside of Octa streetcar
You’re welcome!
I live in Orange County I can’t wait to ride it
How long you been as bus driver
OCTA.. That’s where i drive !!! We been waiting to see the OC street car !!
Well it looks really nice!
OCTA light rail trains are so much better looking than the crappy Los Angeles MTA ones!
Love your videos from APTA. Looking forward to more!
You know it's America when it says "No Guns"!
Lies...In America, they can't ban guns on public busses and trains. We have rights.
@@danhardhat2 😂😂😂
Take a picture of it, it won't look like that for long once it goes into service.
I believe it!! That’s how it always works unfortunately!
Keywan. Did you see anyone at the show that you recognized? An APTA show in Reno is where I met my first RT contact. Some guy named Alan.
I hope you had fun in Orlando. Me and my fiance are going when we get married after November for our honeymoon. I need a week vacation from driving buses.
Thanks for sharing this video. I think I would like to attend the next expo.
You should!
How’d you find out about this expo?
cool video you should come to nyc you should ride the r211 subway cars
I plan to one day!
Great to know that lots of rail companies in US are ordering Stadler trains from Switzerland, to run in service. Our trains are bad then the ones in Europe! LOL
Stadler is really nice far better than the sh*tty old gallery cars and the crummy amfleets
Hey Brother What’s A Good Shoe For Busdrivers ?
WEATHER???? HOT or Are we all Jelly
Hey, the one time you can have a phone, powered on, into a rail vehicle cab, lol. (You can't do that in service, they have to be off and in your bag.
Where is that in?
Orlando, Florida
your not a tram driver but a bus driver dont need rails to navigate !
I know that. I never said I was a tram driver lol. I was at a expo/convention..so I’m showing the cool trains that I saw. I made that very clear in my video. Thanks so much for watching!!
