great work again mate ,top tip punch out the holes in the gasket before you cut it to the correct shape ,and if you can get a set of paper cutting punchs use them ,they have the correct outer diameter and narrow cutting heads

Steve what gasket sealant and also lube in a tube did you use when assembling the engine please?
Loctite SI 5980 On almost all my stuff and loctite SI 5990 on the head and exhaust . That's just 2 stroke oil in the tube full synthetic

This one had 3mm base and 1.5 head
