Story 20 advices are from a video I watched many years ago, I forgot about some of them (I was in middle school). I’m now in my 30s, had a little crisis this week, man I needed to hear these again ❤
33 here, almost 34, and don’t plan on having sex any time soon, or, ever, actually! I don’t feel any less “adult” or “fulfilled” not having it! I don’t want it, and there’s nothing wrong with that! Despite what immature people may think or say. 😊 There are TONS of other ways to have happiness and fulfillment in this this life. There’s also nothing wrong with enjoying sex, either. It’s just not the be-all end-all that media makes it out to be!
ahh yess advice from people who got rich back when it was easier to buy a home over renting and when inflation and corporate greed wasn’t running rampant.
1. Have a productive career but make sure its something you get some satisfaction from. 40 years is a long time to half ass and daydream even if it pays well. 2. Don't waste too much time trying to make a relationship with the wrong woman work. 3. Study and work at personal/home/family finance. This will be a huge payoff for you just from peace of mind alone.
Story 57, at 49:50... probably the most relevant reply in this entire thread. yeah, much of the advice CAN help, but it's also important to adapt it in account for what your situation is today... and sometimes it might not be compatible... I'm still feeling stuck in taking my first steps because so far, everything I've heard about (especially in politics and how commonplace it's bound to be in the average workplace) just makes the prospect that much more... well, scary...
I love it when people give advice like "buy a property and rent it out." Oh, that's so genius! Let me just take that extra $400,000 I have lying around doing nothing and buy some property! Why didn't I think of that!?
Own it! I tease my little stepsister, who is one of my closest friends even though she’s 14 years younger than me, that she needs to respect and listen to her elderly relative, dangit! 😂 Age is just a number; don’t worry about it! 😄
Adulting is basically time management. Wise words, Narrator.

It's from something called "The Sunscreen Song". Listened to it on a CD a lot as a kid.
@@kristinpraus1600 yes! Hahaha I forgot the name ☺️
I am a teen right now but this is actually great alive for me it's motivated me to do things I enjoy well as also taking care of my self 😊
Today I learned: I turn "elderly" this year. Heh. Cool. Cool.
I feel like calling 40 year olds 'elderly' a bit extreme, lol
I’m 28 and still a virgin it’s not a bad thing.

Not even in my 20s this could actually be useful
Every time I listen to this type of advice I feel like it isn't compatible with my brain.
1.Divorce is never planned. Never stop believing you are worthy of love.
2. Family is a choice not dependent on biology.
Nothing is more important than how we treat one another.
I had to pause the video to laugh when the sunscreen song lyrics started. Actually a great song.
Ladies and gentlemen, the class of 99.
Come on you got this
An old man’s advice

Am I the only one who noticed the words to "The Sunscreen Song" were copy pasted into someone's comment? Cause, it word for word was.

Elderly might be 60 plus. At 70 and 80, you have seen historic events, kingdoms rise and fall, and unimaginable change.

40 plus is elderly?
I was called elderly at 25 by some teenagers, so sure, why not?
According to the internet, yes. We have an extremely skewed view of age

"Elderly" = 40 years old, LOL
If this comment gets 20 likes I will eat an entire lemon including stem, slices, and peel.
