Lovely videos, Ghannie’s is my family, bad roads thou. Doing such a wonderful thing for those who are not living in 🇬🇾 the place is really nice. Thank-You Bro,🙏🏽
Great video and commentary. But Republic Park has phase I, II and III. The part with the castles is Phase I. Everything behind the Eccles Nursery School is Phase II, so the part with the Jehovah Witness headquarters, house with orchids, twins hotel is all Phase II. When you turn left, the part with the other hotels and everything to the left of Continental Park is Phase III. Lovely video, nice to see my childhood neighborhood and family homes.
Nice video bro, good to see different Areas & the lovely properties in Guyana. Are you going to do a tour or Bel Air park as well. No kids today, TC and you and your lovely family keep safe.❤🇬🇾🇬🇧
I’m watching and commenting at the same time, and your wife says the same things I mentioned. She is right on point. You guys should rally the communities to demand better.
I like how your wife talking , she is a woman off my own heart . Everything l told you about the poor infrastructure and untidy neighborhoods she is telling you the same thing. Guyana needs to do a lot of work on its neighborhoods. Kudos to your wife, she is a smart lady.
I would love for you and your wife to go to those abandoned buildings , old historical ruins inside and research their history in Guyana..There are so many mansions that are abandoned in America with some intriguing histories...
Very nice area, yes, those local roads needs revamping and concerning the tidyness and maintaining the environments, doesn't need Government alone but the infrastructure, I do think Government needs to step in. Locals can do a lot to their own environments being back, front, sides...That's the way we have known it to be from childhood to current....A great community spirit is important. ..I love those well maintained Christmas trees .Guyana is really transforming into international standards...Very nice..Wish all the people can live in beauty, and comforts ...It will be nice....
very nice houses but poor drainage and roads are like a gutters, big houses are not my kinda thing , just love a flat hut ,big house people have to worry about bandits , guyana would never be a safe place. keep them videos coming bro
Beautiful houses 🏘 🏠 poor drainage and road 😔 But still not safe... Was hoping to invest in Guyana 2022, but I change that plan. Rules and laws too slack out there, plus a lot of briberies going on. But still a better place than many many places in the world. You can drive through mon repos Djangotown one day.
Not only the roads are a mess. There is also no order and proper planning for residential, commercial, or industrial. It’s like my neighbor could start a large scale chicken farm next to my residential home. Can anyone say what municipality governs these communities?
Another good example, you have cattle grazing next door to someone’s castle in a residential, high value neighborhood. This is very poor administration or lack there of. I would agree it’s the later.
I used to live in Eccles, and hang out in Nandy Park and Republic park. Back in the day (40 years ago) the houses weren't so big but jeeez, we used to cut the damn grass man! What's up wit all de bush? You gat all dis money fuh buy big house and yuh cant cut the dam grass??? One set a bush all ova de place! 28:32 Wait yuh rass ... I love it ... brings back good memories of the "old country". Thumbs up!
Only in Guyana they would do things backwards. On new developments projects they should build the road first which would make easy for everyone to access. What’s the point having beautiful homes and Swimming pool Roads?
Thanks for the scenic tour. Your wife is absolutely correct about the appalling condition of the roads. She used the right term when describing them. The other noticeable thing is the tall grass and bushes everywhere. Very little uniformity or properly kept or maintained environment. Bed wishes to you all. Stay safe.
