- Funko dropped their latest NFT release this week, Transformers Series 2 and to our surprise they SOLD OUT 😳 However there was "More Than Meets the Eye" when it came to the drama surrounding how many of one redeemable Pop was pulled by a lot of Collectors! Let's talk about it! I got 2 Blitzwing and 1 Arcee too 🤔🤔 great video 👍😎 the best pull ever was pulling 1 Grail and 2 Legendarys in a single Premium pack 🤗🤗 and I actually liked they take so long to start the redemption cause it takes me time to pull and collect all the cards to make the Royalty complete and the set complete and also convincing my wife to give me WAX MONEY takes a bit of time so I like that it takes them to get them redeemed but what k hate is after redeeming it take so long to get them 😬😬 so far I got most of the NFTs starting from Bob Ross, I still need to get the OG ones 🤞🍀 have a great weekend 👍😎

I find NFT Drops sell out if packs are less than 40K total for the most part (So 20K Standard & Premium). Sometimes a little more depending on the license, but hopefully the Star Wars drop doesn't go a total of 70K packs like Harry Potter or 100K like DC Series 2.

You would think the NFT packs would be computer generated. Not manually put together....I don't know if that makes sense lol
I think they are randomly generated but someone has to write that program
For me it sounds like someone made a typo, a wrong comma and/or a wrong number, and instead of (for example, the numbers are obviously made up) "0.9% chance of Blitzwing" it turned out to be "9% chance of Blitzwing" - the question is what will Funko do if it's true? And did they give away as many Blitzwings as they promised, or does this possible error also mean that instead of 2,000, they gave away 10,000...

I'm not convinced that they are ONLY making the 2000 pieces of that redeemable. I wouldn't doubt that 4000 of them get redeemed. How would anyone know? 😂
Also, can Canadians do the NFTs and have the redeemables shipped up here? Or do you have to have the redeemables shipped to a US address?
Both, it’s expensive to get it shipped to Canada but they do it because it’s not being shipped by funko, it’s dropppio shipping it. Free shipping to a USA address so that’s what we do.
I still haven’t gotten my Captain American pop from the tops Funko trading cards

If they loaded packs that's a pretty big thing and is false advertisement on what tthe odds and other things. Probably just a quirk of statistics and confirmation bias

Are NFTs gambling?
I would say no just because when you are buying NFTs, you own everything that you get whether it’s digitally or a physical redeemable it’s still yours…you’re purchasing a product.
Its like buying any pack of trading cards (physical or digital) hoping for that rare, autographed, hologram, w/e. Its a gamble for certain but not "gambling" in the true sense of the word.
