I know this may be a long, shot, but a cool idea would be having the MHA crew listen to Lore of DOOMGUY. Also nice work with how you had VEGA talk rather than DOOMGUY. Very Nice touch.
According to lore, Slayer's real name is Flynn Taggard. As the flashback suggest, he was an ordinary human, a marine sent to Mars due to insubordination to his superior. However, the in-game MC never have a name, nothing mentioned about it, not even some info about who is he supposed to be, just a soldier in green armor who went through hell and back. The only name can be heard throughout the series prior to Doom 3 is the real identity of the Icon of Sin which is John Romero as his reverse-distorted voice announced as you teleported into the boss chamber. It was an easter egg, if you turn on noclip mode you can see Romero's severed head on skewer in the small room inside the Icon's forehead where you supposed to shoot rockets in there so they can splash on the head, kill the boss, and win the game. But I suppose the whole story had been rewrote, I doubt that this info still applies.
