When someone intentionally hurts you, it's a reflection of their own struggles, not your worth. You have the power to rise above, heal, and keep moving forward. Let your strength be your response. I would love to hear from you. Leave a comment.💕🌻

Someone in my family has hurt me through words and deeds every single time I see her. She just can't help herself. So I finally had enough and told her even though we are in the same familly, I cannot tolerate her anymore and will not spend any time with her again, because I value and respect myself way too much for her shenanigans. I felt like I was doing the right thing for myself and I already feel more at peace! Thank you so much for this. Whoever you are, you are just such a lovely and wise woman.

Hurt People usually Hurt People who's ALREADY HURT and It Takes So Much Longer to Restore because Trust Usually Gets Destroyed and Takes So Long to Recover. Yes Forgiveness is A Must but Healing is The Path ❤

Hello @BethRussell-t3v! You're absolutely right. Hurt people often end up hurting others who are already vulnerable, and it creates a painful cycle that's hard to break. Restoring trust after that kind of hurt can be such a long and difficult process, but with time and intention, healing is possible. Thank you for sharing your insight.
