JDs channel is one of the first I ever subscribed to. His content quality of the videography is very high. Love his association with Eric at the Gettysburg museum.

JD, love your work. Didn't even know your last name, always wondered what you teach and at what level. Always assumed you are a Midwestern, but always looked for clues in how you edit, projects you select, accent (daggum!!!) You're such a humble guy but talented and genuine. Appreciate what you do and consistency. Blessings!

JD is the absolute BEST with matching music to historical mood. I'm a musician and I understand these things.

I agree! Often it's very reflective music that puts the viewer in the proper mood for the subject that's covered in the video.

Very pleased to see this gentleman, who tries very hard to be humble (and succeeds). But his work is valuable, poignant, and worthy of support. Very glad to do so, in a small way. Best to you, J.D., in your travels.

First and foremost, a thanks to you and all your relatives who served, I have several myself who served in Viet Nam. That being said, I don’t understand why you feel the need to tell JD what you think his content should be? I mean, I get it, you want your relatives to be respected for their service, but there are so many other content creators on UA-cam. Nobody has forgotten about Viet Nam. There is a permanent memorial in DC, there have been countless movies and documentaries made. I can’t speak for JD, but maybe that era isn’t his area of interest? How about we just enjoy the content he produces for us, and let him decide what era he wants to focus on for HIS UA-cam channel?
