Luckely there are tools and machines for any budget. Thank you for showing the world that you don't need a expensive machine to make great things. And that you can be proud of any tool. 👌
Thank you!!
Nice video! Can’t wait to see what you make now!
Thanks mate. Friday my next video if all goes how it should! 👍
@@Dutchshedwoodshop does anything ever go as it should? LOL
@@WoodChuckCreations haha nope 😂
Not bad, cool machine. Do what she should. 👍 👍 👍 Greeting Martin

Very helpful demonstration. Thank you.
Thank you! I also want to buy this drill press. Looks good to me. Great video

I have one more or less the same thing and I'm happy with it works great it's good for the diyre..😀👍👍👍👍
Thanks reynaldo. Used it a couple of times now. Also happy with it
Parkside needs to pay you for making their equipment look so good! Thanks a lot for making me want to purchase one now!!
Haha yes that would be great! 😅 thank you!
nice machine have fun with it
Thanks!
Looks like a great addition to the shop!
Thanks mate! Yes i think it is. 👍👍
Looks like a great tool and looks extremely similar to my Harbor Freight drill press that I bought. Nice video.
Thanks mate. I would'nt be surprised when they all come from the same factory 😉
Awesome! Nice addition! 🙌🏻 Super handy tool for the workshop. I’ll look to get a drill press in the future I think.
Thank you Kirstie 👍yes i think i can do much with this drill.
👍👍
Thanks!
That opening scene was cool!
Thanks mate 👌🍺
I have one very similar, came the same way and the top also vibrates I never have gotten around to fixing that though haha. Mine works well for little tasks but I have ran into issues of it not having enough power.
Also a 500 watt version? Ik know there are also 350watt versions. Still happy with yours? Thanks for watching
@@Dutchshedwoodshop Mine is also 500w. I had issues with it using hole saws. I ended up using the drill press to start the cut and then used my handheld drill to finish the job
Thats a good idea. I hav'nt done any heavy drillwork yet. 😅
I had the same machine, be carefull with putting to much pressure on the handles. The spring in the part that moves it back up broke at mine (i was drilling in metal). Picked up an New one and use the motor for a homemade standing disk :)
Forgot to mention the on/off switch was busted also after a while
@@thedustywoodshop8392 thanks mike. I will keep this in mind 👍👍
I still love the look of that plywood edge grain top on the bench!
Thanks mate. I'm very happy with it to 👍👍
Looks like a great machine. Your look on 7:22 when yu test it. It seems like you think, damn this thing works great!
Haha thanks mate. Yeah i was hoping i did not forget anything during the installation. Because there was no instruction manual. And it has been a few years since i used a drill press. Thanks for watching 👍👍
I bought one two days ago, assembled it, dissassembled and returned back (luckily Lidl has the policy to return the tools within the 30 days if not satisfied). It is terribly noisy, shaking, wobbling, what not, probably caused by the 3 pulley/2 belt transmission . Also the table clamp is made of plastic...
I found Einhell TC-BD350 for a little more money, and it looks sturdier and sound much better (only 2 pulleys and one belt)
Thank you for sharing your opinion. mine does pretty good. only the drive belt lid makes a vibrating noice. that's the only negative i found so far. Thanks for watching.
Although I am generally a fan of Lidl I was not impressed with the pillar drill I bought there. Although it was not expensive, it was dearer than several other similar machines currently available on the internet. It was not all that accurate; the best you could say was that it would drill a hole somewhere in the general direction of where you thought it was going. It packed up completely after being used 3 or 4 times. I never found out what was wrong as we had a break-in and the burglars took it while the electrics were in pieces for repair.
👏
Thanks!
Wij hebben er last van dat de boor heel erg trilt, waardoor je niet recht naar beneden kan boren, omdat die zo erg beweegt. Enig idee wat dat zou kunnen zijn?
Spindle of mine is wobbling too much. They changed for new one. But it has the same issue. How is your spindle?
Oh thats not good. Mine is ok. No problems so far!
Hi, great review thanks!
Can I ask is it still working well for you now after a year's use? are you still using it or decide to upgrade?
Hi Joe, thanks for watching! I still have it and use it. I have tightened the drivebelt once because it started to slide. Thats it 👍
@@Dutchshedwoodshop ok great thanks for reply!
Quelqu'un qui a ce modèle, aurais t-il l'amabilité de me dire qu'elle est le condensateur utilisé, j'ai acheté la machine d'occasion et n'est pas reçu le condensateur avec.
Do you know how much horsepower the motor has ?
Thanks for showing us this drillpress
I have tried to find it. Googled it but i can't find it anywhere sorry. Thanks for watching 👍
500W ~= 0.67 mechanical horsepower
Is it good for drilling in metal?
Can't tell you that since i have not tried that yet.
