Rape, is a really misdiagnosed problem. The sex part of it distracts us from accpeting what it really is, and that's a hate crime. I belive it was Donald Trump who said about one of his accusers "I don't find her hot enough to sexually assault her."
ASSAULT is the key word here. It's not always about a lack of control because of intense attraction. It's usually a hyper violent response to intense hate, is what it is.
A woman's attractiveness is not what causes rape. Usually it's her bravery, and the sheer gall to dare get out of the places men around her are comfortable with. Sex, is the weapon in rape - like a knife or a gun in mugging. The goal is to put the victim in their place. To make sure they understand they cannot deny you. Or simply that they have no power, to even command control on their own body.
It's a despicable, hateful violent act and it's really hardly ever about men being unable to control their libido - it's always about men unable to box their egos.

Very beautifully said. You, know the immediate thought that I had after reading this was, "How do I go back from this?" Like how do I be normal again? How do I not face this problem right now? Because we know it is a problem but we don't always want to act upon it. But once something bad happens, we can't look away and our consciousness does not allow us to look away we ask questions. We don't work on this problem to eradicate it, we work to suppress it. To outlast it and to live through this, the amazing thing is I don't know if any department in India is working right now on this issue without an immediate case facing them and asking for justice. Because simply we are too uncomfortable and saddened to look.

Their shows got cancelled and pulled of various platforms, Hotstar cancelled On air with AIB, but they didn't remove the content with Nana Patekar or Alok Nath. According to a report, when some employee of the star network told this to a high ranked official in star network, he laughed and said if we have to pull down everything that has some sexual offender, we won't have any content. There were allegations of repeated unwanted sexual approaches from one of them. Which the others failed to report even when they knew about it. That is why it is mostly young women and teenagers who are abused, since they have yet to learn how to handle such things. When I was in college, we were group of four girls travelling in a bus and a man started masturbating facing us. awareness is the key, the values are disappearing, this world should move towards spiritual values, people should be responsible for their actions this should be taught, karmas pay back, Abhramic religions tried to downplay the idea of karma by introducing somebody who could get rid of peoples karma no matter what they did, the mentality of the people got changed, each thing you do have karmas attached to it, thats why world should fall back to its original teachings of karma and remove these abhramic religions the damage these religions done to humanity is enormous yet it will not be evident only its symptoms could be visible like treating women as property. But it is part of larger plan of kalyug(dark age) This whole world is a mess and that is done purposefully, the cycles have to be completed, elites have to rule the world, all you can do is teach everyone to respect women who give you birth and the concept of karma and reincarnation should be told to them also the suffering in this world due to bad karmas of previous life, these all ancient teachings have been masked by abhramic religions in order to give rise to kalyug (dark age)
Do not want to hurt Christian, muslims but it is a complicated system it is done to prosper dark age as per the cycles requirements, the information is abundant but you can't use it as elites won't let you they programmed you well.

I told my parents about it and they gave me a chewing gum and asked me to never tell anyone about it, because obviously victim blaming and "reputation" shit is still a major thing why rapes aren't reported, and it's due to the victim blaming, "sympathy" talks and looking down upon rape victims.

My relative was sexually assaulted two years ago. She was wearing simple cotton half sari and pleated hair and coming home from buying food in bazaar. Her father’s first response is yelling at her why she went alone and mother worried about not finding her marriage match because of this. If she was going to a club with style haircut and club dress, which she is free to go if she wants, how much worse would the response be? There is no love or respect for freedom here. You have right to life and personal security if only you meet the most traditional social expectations. Anything else, and its your fault. Even if you do meet expectations, they’ll make up reasons for why you did wrong.

So all the people rejecting the message of the video by calling it "fake feminism", stop. Think what kind of behaviour you are justifying. Would you have remarked the same if it was your own daughter/wife/sister/mother.
How would you justify rape of girls aged 3 years, or of women in rural areas who wear only traditional clothes.

@@shamnafarheen1115 who said all woman?? All woman are not getting exploited.... Physically women are weak because of biological designs(many girls are stronger than boys and many boys are weaker than girls) but yes at least in India women are not raised to have mental strength...
There is a reason for that ... In India women are given special status/attention ... Just like if we have kids we will give them special attention and be protective towards them every sec ... We don't want children to do anything on their own so that they don't hurt themselves .... This is same attitude our society is showing towards women(some are not matured enough to know physical strength and mental strength are independent) and raising their girls with mental weakness (of course not all) ..... It should change...
I can't beat you if you are physically stronger than me and I can't cheat/exploit you if you are mentally stronger than me... So if you are experiencing bad because of someone then you (in general not about women) are weak in something ... If you can figure it out then you can find a way to strengthen it or at least find a way to decrease the strength of opposite person(by laws,by safety weapons,by family support) to bring them to your equal....

I m 15 yr old ,so my thoughts might seems immature but if u took the SEX outside of rape ,i mean if u see rape as a crime only like murder and all.
Then there wouldn't be any debate.
Like for eg : if somebody is sleeping and the killer kills him/her while he/she is sleeping.
Then no one actually debate that it's his/her fault that he/she was sleeping which gave chance to the killer.
Rape should be treated in same way i guess ,like there shouldn't be any kind of debate like it's her fault that she was roaming at night which causes rape to happened, i mean this is stupidity, if somebody was robbed or murdered roaming outside at night then no one would have been debated.
Hope u get what i wanted to state.
Pls read the first line if u find it immature 😅

The day people realize that rape is not about sexual gratification but it's the worst form of power play, we would have progressed a 1000 years.
All rapists care about is causing, watching suffering of their victims and they get joy out of it. Catch women at their most vulnerable and make them suffer - that is their agenda. Getting off on hurting other people.
So all these excuses that people come up with ( she was drunk, went out alone, late night, she parties too hard, wears revealing clothing, sleeps with multiple men), all become moot. 😞

Just one thing though, I don't quite agree on respect women, I would say respect everyone irrespective of gender, don't discriminate on any aspect. Let every person on the planet have the right to individuality, respect and consent unless they are Donald Trump or Eliana Omar...

Good sex and moral education from the parents to the guys while they are going through puberty is the only thing that will 'PREVENT' those kinds of incidents. This video dropped right as I was reading about rapper TI'S comments about how he takes his daughter for regular visits to the gynac to get her hymen investigated and he proudly said that her hymen is still intact at the age of 18. That is so fucked up that we raise our girls like this but don't keep the same attitude with the boys. Why does the same man feel proud when his sons return home having scored with a hot girl. Why does he not tie chains around his sons' genitals and keep a key on himself to ensure he is not having sex irresponsibly. The day we start raising our boys better instead of raising our girls to be scared thats when we can even begin to reverse such problems bit by bit

There is only one solution to this. Men educate other men on this issue and hold other men accountable for their actions. Parents must raise their sons in the right manner. This is most effective (though slow) way.
Videos made in English like this reaches a very minor portion of the kind of men that needs to be reached.
