I would reccommend smaller, faster dinos for beginners, most noobs will either be scared of othwr dinos or just charge forward and try to kill with no plan, smaller dinos teach you things you need to learn as a noob; Dont try to fight everything you see Sometimes staying hidden is the best strategy Also smaller dinos are generally fast so theyre good to explore the maps with
I think the ano is just fine as it is. It’s an armored dinosaur, and while it may be nearly invincible in hunker down, it cannot go on the offensive at all, which balances it out. It’s extremely tough as it should be, because it’s an armored Dino, but if you want to attack someone else as the ano they can just run away every time without fail because you’re extremely slow and also cannot get your damage reduction unless you stay still. I personally hope they do not nerf him.
Id have to disagree as most ano players know this going in. They arent tryna attack. They wait to be attacked, then wait a couple mins, and chase you down with the never ending stam they have, bone break you, then tail smash the shit outa you. Takes the least amount of skill in the game in my opinion, but its just my opinion
Pachi has been my favorite dino to level. Fast and very good stamina efficiency early that sadly goes down as he gets older makes running around doing quests far more enjoyable and his jumping and very low to no fall damage makes traversal so much smoother. Damage can be a bit low in a fight but can easily create space to use terrain to get away or deal heavy damage even vs far larger dinos.
if any help, my top 5: 1. kentro - fast, stamina drains very slowly, herbivore, any who wants to kill u and could keep up with you - will take damage and bleed. 2. meg - low profile, fast, ok swimmer, can dive (so can eat fish) - easy grind 3. thalaso - also easy grind, just watch for the sarcos when drink from lake. Other con - only available on that sheety map 4. kaiw - grind is easy, but very boring - feels like single player mode 5. allo or cera - fast, good stamina, one with bleed, one with bonebreak - pretty easy grind also begginers, do not take as first dino (laler - go ahead): trike, spino, ano, sarco, stego - they are a magnets for @ss h0les who kill juns and u can't get away - too slow
i would recommand a metri or pycno for new players, they are not rly that hard to play and have amazing speed and disengage potantial, while also being fun in packs
My first dino was the laven raptor. Day 1 release on the playstation. It was a lot of fun back then being an ankle biter. They were faster back then too.
As a person who mains sucho I would put it on this list it's fast it's claw attack is great and I can hold my own against anything and I have even taken on 2 full grown allos with it as well as being able to swim if things get bad.
I don't know man, as a beginner I feel you just want to grow your Dino First and I think the big Ass Dinos Like stego are way Harder for newer Players. Leveling up I Always had the best time with midtier carnis. Megalania, Cerato, Metri and stuff Like that. They can run fast, have good stamina and can Fight a little Bit, especially in groups. The slow and big ones are such a pain to grow on official Servers. The slowbros always have to fight, I prefer to run when a Pack of Rexes wants to kill me just for sport.
My first kill as juvi sucho was #1 as adult. They are strong but if you dont know what your doing your dead. In this case a trex in my group chased him away without hitting him and he jumped in the water. They are so slow in the water I got hit 1 time in a 2 minute fight and used the claw attack to make him bleed and kept biting him till he was dead. I got out of the water with half health. Moral of the story: Don't get in the water with a sucho when you can easy run from him or kill him on land.
I know you personally dislike them but Campto should have been on this list. It's a very basic (control & mechanic wise) dino to learn the core basics of the game with. Food is plentiful, water doesn't drain fast, and the damn thing can MOVE. It's hard to hit and easy to escape with. Thalassodromeus also is impo a good beginner dino as it lives a relatively easy life. Ignored by nearly everything, and it can cover the map in no time at all. Additionally the flight and swimming capabilities serve as a forgivable introduction into the deeper mechanics of the game. Ano impo was a good pick, Dasp impo is a better pick than Allo (I love allo) as it's "simpler" to play. I've come to see that "Bleed" mechanics take adjusting to and many new players simple do not understand "Bleed" nor how to maintain Bleed on an opponent. So dinos like, Allo, Sucho, Sarco, and etc can be difficult for those getting started.
I think ano should be #1 because bars takes skill with the tail being so high up and having the slow cooldowns. Ano just exists and you cant die. Stopped playing ano because fights felt so one sided for me
I guess i need to try some of these dinos, the ones ive been playing must be targets for everyone. Its starting to get frustrating trying to grow past Juvy.
My first Dino played and to adult was a sarco and I can attest that it is not new player friendly lmao took over a week Also from experience play dasp in groups. It gets destroyed solo by most the roster. Unstoppable in a big pack
cool video! gotta agree with ano being a bit op, seeing an entire hotspot of 5 spinos, 3 rexes, 1eotrike and 2 ducks attack this thing to no end and it just obliterating every single one and surviving for several minutes of being constantly attacked by apexes seems ...wrong.. it does make you even less targeted than a bars so it is a good starter choice haha by the way, thats a cool custom map! is it on a specific server?
EO Trike is good but I don’t think it’s the best for beginners. A lot of people tend to KOS trikes even as babies making it hard to grow them sometimes
So I see you start with ingame currency, but also you can spend that ingame currency to unlock the abilities for your dino as well. And it doesnt seem easy to get more currency without paying real money. Just want to know that of you use the currency to get these abilities for one dino, is any of that permanent? Do you always have to spend currency to unlock basic abilities? Is it a one time purchase and you keep those abilities forever across all dinos who have that ability? Does seem worth getting abilities if you have to buy them every time
I don´t know if a recent patch did this, but Allo stamina is absolute hot garbage. Me and a buddy tried growing one and we are literal punching bags for herbivores. Every time we make progress on Adolescent we get murked by some styr or pachy. Sure its fast, doesnt matter when your stamina runs out after half a minute of running. And adolescents are appearently slow enough for even fucking kentros to catch up and shred us. So honestly, terrible starter dinosaur. We had waaay more success with megs, concs, cerato, even suchomimus.
I love the struti, especially speed build. if u smart no one can catch u 😜 I know he is weak in attacking and have small difence but the speed makes worth it.

The Stam for days makes them be able to chase you down
Yeah the stam makes it so they can chase you down even if you fast

My experience with ano’s are that they are bitches. I was resting as a baby lalo and one walks up to me and one hits me
My first dino that I played and got to adult was Amargasaurus. I only play on officals...trust me...after that, every dino is a cake walk lmao
My firsr dino was an allosaurus
Pachi has been my favorite dino to level. Saaame with my amarg. Its a grind
Absolutely mine was also amarg.
Mine was a lambeo, was great fun especially at adult
I would personally replace the bars because most of your dmg output comes from your tail and you will have to be good at precise turning.

Yh I started with pycno first, you really notice its speed and stamina when u go to smthn else of the same size or bigger lol.
What is a metri
as a kentro main i would suggest him, he's like a stego but with amarg's defensive bleed, smart peeps think before messing with you
My first dino was the laven raptor. Day 1 release on the playstation. It was a lot of fun back then being an ankle biter. They were faster back then too.
Thinking about trying this game out today, thanks for the vid
Hope you enjoy it!
As a person who mains sucho I would put it on this list it's fast it's claw attack is great and I can hold my own against anything and I have even taken on 2 full grown allos with it as well as being able to swim if things get bad.
What sub would you recommend
Dude i started a week ago and begun on T. Rex and got full grown, DO NOT REGRET THAT CHOICE JEEZ HES INSANE

the plesiosaur aint bad either
second time asking: could you do a "is it worth growing" video about deinonychus? (the little feathered raptor)
It is worth growing, you're not going to be doing a lot of damage but I'd say it's worth growing
I think ano should be #1 because bars takes skill with the tail being so high up and having the slow cooldowns. Ano just exists and you cant die. Stopped playing ano because fights felt so one sided for me
I always use a raptor and I killed a full grown allo as a juvi alone it was my first kill
I guess i need to try some of these dinos, the ones ive been playing must be targets for everyone. Its starting to get frustrating trying to grow past Juvy.

by the way, thats a cool custom map! is it on a specific server?
I don’t think this map is available on console yet! But it’s called Paragon
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT thanks!
Def agree the abo needs to be nerfed. They get in pairs and just roll around the map killing everyone they come across.
Sound alike every single one of those players was really bad lol
I’m surprised the EO trike didn’t make it that thing is insane but you got me hyped for the stager. I might play it next
EO Trike is good but I don’t think it’s the best for beginners. A lot of people tend to KOS trikes even as babies making it hard to grow them sometimes
I meant stego lol
I started with sarco, i totaly agree your opinion
did you know the combat weight is actually kg and not lbs, so the rex or the spino are 15000 lbs
But in real life rex was yay heavier than spinos.
@@yutyrannusalascaph7994 Rex wasnt heavier than spino, not even close. Spino could get to 40, 000 lbs. Far heavier than the rex at around 15000
Combat weight is just a measure of size in path of titans. Both spino and rex are 7000 combat weight. Doesnt represent real weight
@@noremac0575 no??? rex was 3 tons heavier, 20+ ton spino estimates are outdated ones from 2007
For pvp which build stego is the best?balanced or speed or defense?what about bars?
Camptosaurus is a good beginner dino because its small and fast because everything is after baby things like dasps, allos, bars
🤢🤮

It’s called Marks and you get marks by doing quests. You don’t need to spend real money to unlock abilities
does he not host a server anymore? tryied to joing the discord viva a link in another video but its not a valid link anymore
No I don’t host a server anymore
Sadness had just gotten through your worth growing videos and etc just started playing earlier in the month as gunna see about joining
Can a Pycno/Pachy "headbutt" atack disturb Ano`s "hunker down"?
No it can not. I’ve tested it out before with both and it didn’t phase the Ano at all
I don´t know if a recent patch did this, but Allo stamina is absolute hot garbage. Me and a buddy tried growing one and we are literal punching bags for herbivores. What's the name of the last dino you never said it's name
Do you earn dinos in path of titans or u have to buy them? bc I’m new on that game
You don't have to buy them. There is no currency to buy dinos.
Nice to see dasp make it on a top five!
Most of my videos on my channel are on dasp! Should check a few out simplyamazing!
I love the struti, especially speed build. if u smart no one can catch u 😜 I know he is weak in attacking and have small difence but the speed makes worth it.
Oh and u can bleed out some mid tiers like concs and metris.
I love struthi's pvp
Struthi is good, but the acceleration makes your fingers ache heen chased
i can’t find your server on the game any reason why
It’s no longer active
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT rip. any reason?
Why you playing on the og Fortnite map
allo is too squishy to be a beginner. it takes skill to not die from how squishy it is.
why are people comparing daspleto to rex? daspleto was added first
My first dino is:Deinonychus
Ano is decent until you run into a good pycno pack
what is the map? like man
No wonder everybody hunts baby rex
Why this game demands a lot of data
ano needs a rework
not all of us can get those dinos...
This video is geared towards the people that have all the dinos unlocked
Dasp gets shit on by a lot of stuff so Idk bout dasp being on this list lol
Although that’s true, he still has potential! I’ve grown to like him now lol
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT While I too like him for the underdog factor.. it doesn't belong on a new player list.
why...does your game look like a cartoon? mine looks more...normal? am i missing something lol
😊
Early!!!
