I love how forces come into the field over time, meaning forward troops actually get some time to do forward troop stuff before everybody else rocks up. Really makes it feel like a progressing engagement, rather than a spontaneous moment where two armies stood staring at each other then finally went “oh right fight time my bad”.
I'd love to see a 40k game with these rules one day!
Feels to me like dropping into to a battle that's already underway, so you get to skip all the early maneuvering that usually ends up being busy work.

Man, you must have such a massive stick up your ass, going around spreading your bad takes to random people. 40k is great fun and just because you don't choose to have fun with it doesn't mean it sucks. You are, after all, a horrible judge of quality apparently. Or maybe you just can't convince anyone to play with you idk.

never heard this game but it seems interesting and fun, if you make a future vid explaining armies and more of the rules that'd be awesome! those aliens look disgustingly sick but the orcs are awesome!
2+ Tough has some good Conquest tutorials I’d recommend for beginners.
They’ve done a few videos previously that go more into the step by step of the rules
Love a lot of what I see here! The models, alternatively activating, unit cards, the card stacks, and the models! But what monster designs a game where you WANT to roll LOW!?
It really takes some getting used to, especially when you still want to roll high on things like charges. But I love the rest of the rules as well!
I *Love* how Tycho is sitting there hours later, commenting about a game long over and probably just reminded of there mistakes...

Okay. I'll admit. It was the t-rex that got me. I don't know anything about Conquest. But when I saw a t-rex in the title, I had to watch. ;-)
I'll say it every time: the Spire gives a strong Morrowind vibe, I would love to see them paintend as dunmer warriors

Really coming to enjoy watching these games of Conquest. Then again, The Spire are my favorite faction from the game, aesthetically.
While it's a shame to see them lose, it's also a joy to see a bunch of decadent nobles get taken down a peg by their former slaves. That's praxis.
23:10 that was one of the most "table-top dice rolls" moments i've ever seen, if that had hapenned to me on my first game i'd be against using dice rolls to determine combat results for the rest of my life
Its so great seeing you guys play different games to 40K! I love me some 40K, but there is a whole wide world of tabletop games that are really interesting and engaging to play and I always wanna see more!

The Spire models look great, but their artwork is even better imho! The upcoming undead faction also has some very cool artwork in a similar vein, love it!

I'm not sure I ever wanna play this game, but Nick and Tycho are two favourites to watch and I love to see the game.
I also vote for the Stegosaurus Trebuchet. I’m building the W’adrhun half of the first blood box. Although I cannot use it in FB I’m excited to build a T-Rex.
The buffing effects on the wadrhun seems pretty cool

These Conquest matches feel really engaging and punchy since there's less to keep track of compared 40K. I enjoy these fun side games!

This was really cool. I'd love to see you guys do some of the OnePageRules games like "Grimdark: Future" or "Age of Fantasy". They are Warhammer lite games so you would already have all the models you need, and the rules are pretty simple!
I think I should get into this game as I am excellent at rolling 1's

This is a cool game man, I love 40k but I really enjoy seeing you guys make a habit out of playing cool other games in a similar vein
you guys should play a game of "One Page Rules" mini agnostic so you can use your warhammer armies. it would be good PR for the game.
Its a really great system. We have a lot of games we want to do on the channel but only so much time! Hopefully someday we get to One Page Rules

As someone that likes the look of dino orcs and biomancy elves, which one can play as either a big hoard(admech skitarii) or big boy troops(admech breachers and destroyers) at the same time?
Kinda Spires. The Force Grown Drones come in large-ish numbers. They don't hit often, but they offset that with overwhelming numbers and they can be healed up repeatedly if you plan well. The Avatara from this game, and other Avatar units, are all Medium size and are more anti-armor
