No shame in having a second baby shower! I had several showers for my first (super happy family and friends) and for my second my church family threw a surprise double shower with another mom due several weeks after me :) It was so sweet. My first two are 21 months apart - boy and girl so similar to you. My third is due 18 months after my second.

For me, I ended up buying another high chair, because my son has the Stokke Tripp Trapp, which grows with them, so I needed another one for the new baby. I still need to get a car seat mirror, sound machine, second baby camera, & I feel like those are the only needs. Everything else is just for fun & of course that list is never-ending, lol! I didn’t have a snuggleme, so I got that during black friday. I also didn’t get a glider with my first, so I want that. I plan on transitioning my older LO to a different room, so mostly the things I buy will be for him. I already bought him a twin mattress & bed, & now I just need to buy him a toddler wardrobe & toy shelf for his room. Oh!!! Something for your list that you may need, a second humidifier!! When our LO gets sick, the humidifier is a lifesaver, so I plan on getting a second one of those. Also, we moved our diaper trash can downstairs to the living room, but I think we’ll buy another one for our room (bedside nursery where baby will be for first 4 mos).

I have no personal experience with this brand, but if I were to go back in time & buy bottles, I would buy the Olababy ones. I like that the nipple is off-center, so you don’t have to tilt the bottle completely upside down to get every drop. I currently have the comotomo’s, which I know are highly recommended. They weren’t bad, but trying to get the last bit of milk into the nipple part was such a challenge, especially as a bf mom who struggled with supply in the beginning. It felt like every drop counted & it was just hard with those bottles

I am a ftm and recently got a recall warning about Frigg Silicone pacifiers! Not sure if those are the same as yours, but just a lil heads up! The silicone may be different from the rubber ones
The tank top and shorts sets and the romper are probably from PatPat. The romper has the same tag as a lot of their clothes. Also I buy so many clothes from the Lauren Conrad line for my son. They had joggers and crew neck sets and other stuff that were gender neutral. The joggers even had a real drawstring for all sizes which was super night for my skinny boy!! Definitely one of my favorite brands and I recommend it all the time
Celebrate getting gifts for a 2nd baby when you proper etiquette is to not have a shower on the 2nd baby when both kids are so close together. Then brag about the gifts. Kinda trashy
There are no rules anymore. People do not throw themselves showers, friends and family do. They have people in their life that want to celebrate another baby. And as a mom with two boys 14 months apart, having them close together actually means you need more duplicates than if they were several years apart. You clearly don’t have kids and should be embarrassed.
