- The X100f is just around the corner and I have mixed feelings about this camera.
Still I had no issues coming up with a couple of reasons to get it. Because all in all its a lovely piece of gear.

I will however make a pretty extensive review of the X100t in comparison to the X70.
There is lots of things to love in both cameras but of course also many things that keeps them apart.
This video was more or less just to introduce the X100t to the discussion.

Which to you prefer, the x100T or the X70? I have the x100T and the x100 and love them, however, I have not gotten my hands on the x70 yet? Is it worth it???

Thanks for the video and great shots! I sent in my Fujifilm x100S that was still under warranty to get a malfunction in the viewfinder repaired. Turns out they couldn't fix it since they discontinued it and will be sending me the x100t instead. Now i'm debating whether or not to sell it and buy a nice lens for my Sony a6300.

Hopefully Fuji can put an articulating screen on the upcoming version of the x100 series. Even better with a touch screen. If that case, I'll buy it without a doubt
Its 99% confirmed that the x100f wont have a tilt screen.
The x-t10 is just as small as a x100 but with a tilt screen and much cheaper. Unfortunately it gets way bigger when adding a good lens.
Mattias Burling Oh crap! I've been waiting my whole life for the articulating screen, really don't under stand why they don't do that. I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Have a Sony A7 as a main camera, now I'll just have to wait till the price drop of the X100T. Tks for such an informative video👍🏻

Was it made of gold? Mine was €680 with loads of accessories. The S model is half of that. And when the F drops on January 17th all the prices will plummet further :)

The bokeh is nice on both. But if that's the type of pictures you like then a xe2 or xt10 with a 50mm f1.4 makes much more sense.
Is any of these cameras are remotely accessible..m looking for a travel camera as m gonna go with my partner and might use tripod for clicking both of us...and m looking more compact options..if you can give me options of travel cameras
xe2 is pretty much the size of a x100t.

Hello, thanks for subscribing. The images where all shot in Raw and have had adjustments in Lightroom. Nothing fancy, mostly just contrast and luma corrections.
Are your photos taken with X-T100 16 or 24 MP ?
This is not a video about the X-T100. That's a different camera.

TBH the only reason I like the x100t more than the x70 is because Iots of night time shooting and don't really like the idea of a LCD screen flashing in my face when I want to shoot 😅
The X100T is about 700 used now from Adorama. What do you think about it for that price?

Why would I buy this camera over just getting the X-T1 with the 23mm F2 lens? With the X-T1 I get the same features, as well as lens freedom.
But you dont get the small sixe, leaf shutter, built in ND or high flash sync speed.
No camera is perfect.
i would love to have a X100t to replace My nex 5 when i upgrade to the A6000 i just love having the small 35mm body with me wherever i go :) can i just ask is the ND filter actually a true nd filter ? sounds stupid but i would just like to know :)
Yes its an actual filter that moves infront of the sensor :)

Mattias Burling thank you so much, I like the style it’s a beautiful camera, also I’m thinking in the Canon T6i, but I like the Fuji size.
Now that Canon M5 is out, should I go for Fuji x100t or M5 for street photography? I was so fixated on x100t until m5 showed up. The swivel screen and touchscreen af are what drives me towards Canon (which I believe are a major plus for street works). However, I could hardly find a video that recommends Canon over Fuji for street. I'd appreciate any opinion/suggestion on this.
P.S. I use my cameras mainly for pictures and I care less about its video capabilities.
+Sai Bala I haven't seen the M5 in person so its not easy to estimate its size.
But you are probably right about the screen. I really love using the flippy screen on the X70 for street shooting.
Its great they didn't make it fully articulating, thats what killed the Pen-f for me.
There are plenty of lenses for it. Most EOS-M deals include the EF adapter.

I would say that spec whise the M5 blows this and other Fuji bodies out of the water. The problem though is that apart from the 22 f2 pancake Canon has no other serious fast prime lens. Compared to Fujis lens line up, its a joke. But if you want to use 35mm FF equivalent only, I would go with the M5 + 22 pancake
I am actually looking at the original x100 atm. There are some going on ebay for under 300 and I want to know if this is something I can get into. If it is THE camera for me, I might even get the t or f
The original, s and t all hover around the same price. I would just pick he latest I could find at a price I was comfortable with. They are all great cameras to this day.
Can someone confirm for me if which models of the X100 have a mic input? If the S or at least the T have it, im sold.
The T has it, you have to check it out but I believe the S does also. But both has a weird dimension so you need a little adapter.

What do you mean with it having the same angle as a 23mm? Also, DoF wouldn't be the same either, right? At least it doesn't seem that way using DoF calculators.
+Olof Ljunggren Its a 23mm no matter what sensor you put behind it. Meaning you wont get the dof and background of a 35mm, its still a 23mm.

I like my x70 as well. But there are still reasons to use other cameras. If I as an example was a bird shooter I wouldnt use the x70 or x100.
