West Market, not Exchange. At any rate, as a former railroader, I applaud APD's effort. In my time on the rails, we had 9 crossing collisions. 1 death, a suicide by train. Be careful folks, it's better to be late than to be dead.

@Daniel C. I guess you are right. the ditch lights allow for faster than 25 mph through crossings, Ive just never seen a shove that fast..

For a pedestrian a railroad crossing is a intersection just like a
Crosswalk, a pedestrian has to stop at a railroad crossing to when
The red lights start flashing until the lights stop flashing and look both ways to see if another train is
Coming and not cross the rail road tracks until it's safe to cross the rail
road tracks, otherwise a pedestrian can get killed by a train when crossing the railroad tracks when the red lights are flashing.
